So I needed a starter put into my car, and called them. since they were decent on price I took my car up there and got it put in. 3 days later my car is acting up and not wanting to stay on and overheating. So I called them back, because Mike Hoogerheide (owner) told my boyfriend he would give him a free inspection anytime (just call, ike says) So I call and Dan answers, and I ask if there was a way for them to come and look at it, since its overheating I cant drive it there. He says sure, I will let Mike know and he will be there sometime today. This was at 9am., by 4pm nobody called or showed, so I called back. Dan answered and then started saying well, he cant really see whats wrong with it without the right equipment. Ok, understandable, well then why did you say earlier he would come. Dan Rowan, told me to hold so he could talk to Mike, and then got back on the phone and told me that Mike would be at my house at 9am, to overlook it and then tow it to their shop. He said there would be a charge for this, and at this point, didnt care because I need my car fixed. So 9am rolls by, and now its 10:15 am, I call and they put Mike on the phone, and he started being extrememly rude, saying nobody holds me down to a time, and that I was basically lying about Dan saying he would be there at 9am. Seriously, where would I just come up with this crap? So I told him forget it, and will never go back to that place again. horrible customer service, and they dont deliver on what they say!!! By the way this just happened today ... 11/10/10

I have dealt with them twice, once was to work on my wifes lifted dodge and they changed out the control arms I bought after market and did a little extra for no cost. They went a little quicker than what they estimated time wise so that helped me out as well. A summer goes by and we have a new problem with the dodge, fricken oil pump dies. they tell us to bring it in in the morning and it should be a few hours. So we live close so we head home have lunch and do a few things around the house and they call us about noon thirty and the new oil pump is in and they replaced a sending unit that was squirting oil all over the block too. I have read quite a few of their reviews and take the negative ones with a grain of salt for people with higher expectations than they should. They want is fast and done right, seldom those two things go hand in hand. I will wait longer for it to be done right considering this is a vehicle that I rely on to get me back and forth to work to feed me family every day. The guys in the office are mechanics, not quire boys, they know what they are doing and enjoy making sure some one is getting their problem FIXED right the first time. Good guys, cool shop and its easy to find. right off Plainfield and fourth!

These guys really went above and beyond to earn my business. Went in there for a fairly simple body job, and inquired about further work at the same time. They handled the simple job I went in for and sold me on the other work I had in mind. No charge at all for the work they did that day, and I went ahead and scheduled a follow up appointment to have the remainder of the work done. I am in no way encouraging that ANYONE try to get free work out of these guys, just to be clear. However, I very well could have simply not have showed up for the follow up appointment. I of course did and couldnt be happier with the work they performed. Excellent job guys! I highly recommend these guys for any future work. Sometimes negative reviews are not warranted at all. I can tell just by reading some of these that its a classic case of someone trying to get something for nothing. These guys are totally undeserving of that.

Terrible experience and I have used them several times. Each time I use them they seem nice but they take 3 times as long to repair the car as they estimate. This last time they told me 7-10 days. They got it back to me 35 days later. Also they were to paint my entire SUV, a color similar to the factory blue but darker. They made sure the car was ready for me at the end of the day at dusk, so I would accept it, and when I looked at it in the daylight I found to save money they had not painted the roof at all. I take it they thought it was too high for me to notice. Poor customer service and poor paint job, as I look at the vertical surfaces of the car toward the bottom the paint job has runs and poor coverage. I would take it back to them and demand them to cure their terrible job, however I cant afford to be w/o my car for another 4 weeks while the screw over me again. Stay Away!!!!

Ive taken my car there for 3 or 4 different issues in the past year. Mike has been easy to talk with, straight forward, and helpful. I plan on going back to them for all my car needs and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for options near downtown. On two occasions, I described the issues over the phone and got things worked out ahead, so my wife could just stop in with her car and get things done without stressing about explaining or worrying how to handle things herself.

On 8/5/16, I returned to pick up my 2106 Kia Optima. It had very severe damage when it was taken to "Pro Am Collision". I can honestly say, I am very happy with the end result. My car looks "perfect". Doug and Stacey took the time to explain the process required and assured me that if I should encounter any issues regarding their work, they would take great care to correct those issues. My nephew took his car here last week. They told him that the head gasket was cracked and the car wasnt worth fixing. I had the car towed to Jackson, to my mechanic, it ended up needing a ground wire tightened and two hoses replaced. $90 later and the car is running great. Taking advantage of people is not how you earn business. Stay away from this place!!!

Really nice people and friendly. Although the work to be completed took over a month to do. Then my vehicle came back with the trunk lid crooked and havent followed through on repairing yet. My vehicle is not devalued and I will never get from it what is was worth before the accident.

Super nice people! Did a great job on my car, did not overcharge, and cleaned my car after they were done! No complaints whatsoever. Very friendly from the start! And right down the street from Enterprise, so it is very convenient to drop your car off to be fixed and get a rental.
