Let me start with their work. It was excellent. There are no issues with this. My issue is with the estimator. My wife got in an accident with our SUV. We dropped the vehicle off to D&A after hours and wrote on the envelope that we wanted AN ESTIMATE ONLY. I was called back with an estimate the next morning and I asked that they not start the work. I was going to repair the vehicle myself as I am mechanic. I knew that the insurance would need an estimate to write me a check. The vehicle sat with them for a day or two. I received a call from my insurance that a claim had been filed. I immediately called the shop to find out that they has started work on it and it was almost completed. I was told "come on... you didnt think we were starting the work?" . I was treated poorly by Randy Smith numerous times as I argued that they did not have permission to start the work. He basically shrugged his shoulders at this. Incredibly unhappy with them as a business. I will never bring another vehicle to them for even the tiniest of repairs simply because of the way they handled business. Extremely poor experience with Randy Smith here.

I have been dealing with D&A since 2007 when I bought my first wreck there. Since then, my brothers and I have purchased dozens of wrecked cars. Matt is a very honest person which is a hard trait to find in this industry. He deals with integrity which is what I like about this place. Youll find a great deal on a salvage car here if you give them a chance, most of the time the cars dont even need too much work. Give these guys a shout when youre looking for a nice used car. I drive all the way from Southeast MI to purchase here because of the types of wrecks they deal with.

As soon as came through the door I greeted and ask what need, and as soon as they were done with the estimate they asked if I needed a loaner car, they call me regularly to keep me up-to-date on the repairs of the car, they did great work and show me pictures of the work they had to do, and when all was say and done they shook my hand and thanked me coming to them for car repair needs.

This place is great. They get the work done quick and theyre inexpensive. I went to Firestone because I had a leaking fuel line. They said it was going to be $805 to fix the fuel lines alone. I got it fixed at D & A for $150!

They do a great job and for alot less, Ive had my vehicle, "Da HUSTLA" serviced @ different places, but no one can beat their prices and fast service.
