Outrageous experience. Horrible customer service. They do not deserve one star. I had a large tablecloth and a small table cloth laundered. My husband dropped them off so I did not see the receipt until I went to pick it up. The total amount came to $58.90. (no coupon) I questioned the outrageous cost and the individual explained to me that the process to launder and iron them is very involved. I dont buy that explanation. One year ago I had the same two tablecloths laundered for a total of $23.50 (no coupon). I will never do business with them again. This was a total rip off.

I brought my jeans in to be hemmed and cleaned. I was told 1 week and given a price. They called a day before I was to pick them up saying it would cost almost twice as much and it would take an additional week. They did a good job on the hem but forgot to clean them. I was a first time customer. Probably will be the last time I go.

Rude staff. Price misquotes. Bad quality of work (2 shirts ruined/ 1 jacket damaged). Dismissed via phone and their contact E-mail doesnt work. Ill go elsewhere.
