Collette B you are not supposed to leave your clothes unattended no one is supposed to babysit your clothes 24hrs thats ridiculous! It is not a cleaners! There are other people waiting to use the machines!!!! So you got what you deserved! And Purple Heart is a good charity! The machines are very nice! Its definately a fair price! If people are rude its the clientele not the ownership. And if its messy its also people who use the Laundromat who are disrespectful & dont care how they treat others propery! You are the type who spoil it for others! I think its a very good Laundromat better than others! Quality machines & are new or only couple yrs old! They do a good job!

I was there recently and found it to be quite nice. I worked in a laundromat/dry cleaners when I was in college, and we did "drop-off" laundry, as well. We kept the machines very clean, and these seem to be in the same category, even tho there is not an attendant there at all times. We used to have beautiful potted plants on top of the washers--the humidity in the place was great for growing--and I wanted to suggest that for this establishment. But without someone there to keep an eye on them, Im afraid the plants would "walk" right out.

Cheap and worth it if u go at the right time. Others like to wash 50 loads at once or take off and run errands after throwing their clothes in the washer spoiling it for everyone else but thats a customer issue not the laundromats fault. Get there early and its fine.

This place is so trashy! The people there are rude and scummy! Some lady even through my laundry out onto a table because it was in 5 minutes longer than she wanted to wait! Pure trash!! I use this place because my washer can only hold so much at a time, never again!

There is never anyone available to assist you. The bathroom looks and smells like an outhouse. Trash is always on the floor, etc. The best and only thing nice about this place is that they offer .75 per washload on the small front loading machines Monday-Friday.

You get what u pay for! Disappointed to find out that if you leave your clothes unattended after so long, they bag them up and put them in the "back" and after 24hrs the attendant takes what he wants and donates the rest to purple heart

No employees on duty, only tech early to clean, repair, stock vending, and troubleshoot. Patrons must leave notes or call 800#. Nighttime cleaner.
