I highly recommend this business. Living near the lake, it is a challenge to find rentals that include a washer/dryer hookup so you would think there would be more competition in laundry mats. This facility is a bit of a drive but I will continue to use it. The facility is clean, the equipment is in good condition and the dryers are not set at temperatures that shrink your clothing. Equally important is there is staff on site that have integrity. Recently I left pillow shams in a dryer and wasnt able to contact them until the next day. They answered the phone and had my pillow shams neatly folded for me to retrieve. I have not been there at closing time to see if the lint filters are cleaned daily but will share anything further I discover.

Very fast turnaround, excellent prices, great customer service, very friendly staff not to mention they do a great job! I work in an office environment and have to dress accordingly. As I really hate doing my laundry I kept avoiding it and eventually two months crept up on me, so needless to say I had quite a load that built up. So I gave them a try, they cleaned and hung everything within two hours, the guy even help me carry the laundry out to the car. I highly recommend and will be going back myself on a regular basis. BTW as a bonus they actually answer the telephone, unlike to weather laundromats in Sandusky I kept calling throughout the weekend.

Its okay for a laundry mat that is a single business. Needs some repairs but overall my clothes came out the same way I put them it but cleaner.
