I dropped off jeans that needed hemmed. The seamstress and staff were nice until there were problems with the work. When I asked the seamstress if she knew how to hem jeans she stated she did. The hems look amature it is very obvious she does not have experience in hemming jeans. One pair needed just one leg hemmed (I had back surgery and one leg is shorter),when they were returned the hems did not match. My husband laughed when I tried them on, he said I am not an expert, but anyone can see that they dont match .I dont know how she could think someone would be able to wear that kind of work. The other 2 pairs were hemmed too short, even after she took the measurements, they are "high waters". I took the jeans to another seamstress, a professional, that told me that they were too chopped up to repair. All the jeans were expensive Levis. Do not use this service for any type of alterations.

I dropped off a dress to be pressed. When I returned to pick it up, I found a stain on the front of the dress that most definitely was NOT there when I dropped it off. The owner was adamant that the stain was there when I dropped it off, despite me telling him that I had never even worn the dress yet, as evident by the tags still attached! He still refused to take fault or offer to rectify the situation and now I have a brand new, unwearable, dress with a stain on the front. I will not return there.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED isnt even the beginning! Had on my ticket items will be ready today at 4 because same day service wasnt available yesterday. Went into store today at 5 and items WERE NOT READY! No explanation for my items not being ready and now have to wait for tomorrow....will NEVER be back!
