EXTREMELY rude staff, most of them are great but Hannah is beyond unprofessional and is in serious need of an attitude adjustment. When you go someplace like a movie rental facility you dont expect for the staff to really even talk to you let alone be rude to you from the second you walk in the door, needless to say for a grown adult I was shocked.
