The employee working there smelled of ego, regarding to the person in front of me, and behind me like we were morons. The person in front of me was creating an account, during which the whole time he was making gag noises from having to deal with it. Every Time he asked the next question he huffed as he had to wait for the answer. As the customer, and I left neither of us were told goodbye, or good day. Instead he continued to chat with the man leaning against the exit area, talking about his car.
