I wanted to like this place. Everyone is nice and its close to home. However, the balayage that Brenna did was not what I was hoping for. I showed her several pictures, and my roots were grown out perfectly to achieve the look I was hoping for, but my hair was very brassy and not blended well. After I came back for a color correction, the color from the root darkening fell on to the blonde leaving very obvious brown spots. I came in (for the 4th time) to have Clee (the owner)fix it, and at the salon (with a bunch of product in your hair) it looked better, however, after I washed and straightened it myself, you can still see brown spots in the blonde parts of my hair. Ive called and spoke to Cookie (the other owner) and she said she would call me back (never did- but the receptionist did..) and Ive left 3 messages for Clee last week and she still has not called back. So Im guessing they want me to have another salon fix their mistakes? Horrible customer service. As a business woman myself, I am mostly disappointed with the lack of follow up and caring about the situation in general. Clee saw what happened to my hair, Ive left messages saying theres still sark spots in my hair, so as the owner why wouldnt she get me in to have it fixed? No one even apologized for me having to come back 4 times! If youre like me, and have been searching for someone to do balayage, do not come here.

Super Friendly salon!!!!!!! I moved to the county back in 2010 and continued to return to my ,now,former salon in Novi.Many of my friends had told me to try out Casa de Bella ,but i was heisatant since I had been going to the same stylist for years,and Im a pretty picky client.From the time I made my appointment,I was treated as a longtime customer.When I arrived at the salon ,I was greeted ,offered a drink ,my stylist,Talia, was on time ,did a consulation(thats never happened to me before)from the shampoo to the blowdry I felt soooo special.Talia showed me some great styling tips,I purchased some pureology products that i love ,and was entered into a contest to win FREE shampoo and conditioner for a full year!!!!! I will never travel down I-96 east to get my hair done again.......Just wished i wouldve listened to my friends 2 years ago!Try the salon ,trust me you will love them.............

I purchased a gift certificate for my wife at Casa de Bella from Kle Sparks. I was a little (very) nervous going into the salon, but everyone made me feel very comfortable. I had no idea of what I was doing or what to purchase, but Kle took her time and educated me on Spa services and helped me determine the services to purchase. Though my initial impression was very good, the “wow” came after my wife used her gift for a Spa Day. She can’t stop raving about Casa de Bella and well, let’s just say she’s real happy with the old man these days. Thanks from both of us! Outstanding; not only will she be going back, I am recommending to my male friends who never know what to get for the beautiful ladies in their lives. It gives whole new meaning to “who’s your Daddy”. The place looked cool too. THANKS.

If you’re thinking about trying this salon, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Let me explain. I came in for a balyage/ombre and a wax and it took them 4 ½ HOURS. I didn’t even get my haircut. They double booked my stylist who was coloring my hair and another clients at the same time. No way should it have taken that long. Nobody thanked me for being patient and when I called to complain I spoke to Cookie, she said she would do some “research” on what happened and never called me back. I called again, the front desk girl said she would leave a message for Cookie, and again she never called me back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They clearly don’t care to make the situation right, or that they have an unhappy customer.

Ladies I have been HAVING to get the ol chin, upper lip etc waxed for YEARS. I have lived in seven different states (Im from MI) and been to salons for a waxing in each of them. I have NEVER had it done as well as Katherine did here at Casa de Bella. I usually have to go home and get the ones that were missed. She literally missed NOTHING. It was amazing!! Ive been to her twice now and both times, nothing left behind; her technique is so good. She is fast, thorough and just a REALLY nice person. Im so glad to have found her. There are not enough stars to give for the service she provides.

What difference does it make to move this upscale salon to Michigan Ave because they overcharged my wife 2 times. The second time it happened she called to get it straightened out. The receptionist gave her tons of attitude and rudeness. Allison the hairdresser finally called back, but these folks need a new face at the front counter. Spend your big bucks at a different salon. Not worth the tears and frustration OR overcharges. I doubt I will take advantage of $10 off next visit. I can go elsewhere. You should too.

Have had wonderful experiences in the past, but definitely not the last time. Feeling yucky, as my sides wet cut too shirt, the layers in the back too short...my colic is going nutts! And the lowlights not as good or deep as last time. Left feeling like a wasted my money. Maybe an off day for the stylist,but not at all happy this time. Will seek out a different salon, unfortunately...as everyone here was very nice.

Fantastic salon! Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Ive been going to this salon for a few years now and always love what my stylist does with my hair. I feel that the stylists here are up to date on current trends and products and very knowledgeable. My stylist makes me feel comfortable asking questions and I feel like when I tell her what I want I am really listened to.

I love coming to this salon! I always see Brenna and she does a fantastic job! I had her do Balyage all over a couple weeks back and I am still loving the look. Every time I come in to see Brenna Im amazed at what she can do to my wild hair! If youre looking for a salon with great services, great stylists and a great atmosphere, definitely come here!

I purchased my wife a "CASA DE BELLA" gift card for her birthday and the staff was so helpful in helping me select the services for which I have to say are many. Well as it turned out in my wifes words I hit a "HOME RUN" Its now "HER SALON" Thanks Kle !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Santino

I really love the stylist I work with, however I think the services are over priced. I also recently had a problem with the salon over charging my credit card. I caught it on my bank statement and had to call for them to credit me and fix the mistake.

Rude stylist. When I asked her a question she responded with: "You saw me do it didnt you". Thank-you but no I clearly did not see you do it. Will not be back. Go to the salons in Brighton - they will never treat you like that.
