Eco-Friendly has become the only company we call for emergencies. Tim and Robin are quick to help, knowledgable, friendly and have the necessary applicable know how (which is spectacular considering some of the equipment that we use). Seriously love them! We had an emergency that our usual go to could not help us on about three months ago, it was a HUGE disaster job and we need heat ASAP, Tim had the building warming up with 20 minutes, AMAZING! From that point on we have used them for all of emergency and "need help" with situations. They even helped out for a reasonable rate on EASTER. Plus theyre locally owned, mom and pop business, and put back into the community.

I called them up to talk about Business. Robin was very short with me and used Unnecessary Language. I was told about this company through a friend and wanted to use their business as I had just fallen into a large sum of money and I truely feel utterly disrespected and hurt. Saying fowl things over the phone to a customer was not only disrespectful. A warning to all who would use this service, dont you can find better kinder people who would not make you feel bad just cause you are in a rush to have work done oh and I have heard from others that their nor as eco friendly as they say. They only claim to be to appeal to the mass market of people who are eco friendly.

I scheduled a repair appointment with them. An hour before they were supposed to arrive they called and said they had gotten tied up and wouldnt be able to make it. They told me the soonest they would be able to reschedule was a week later. I understand emergencies and the need to reschedule but a rescheduled appointment should take priority.

Tim and Robin went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly despite running into unexpected issues. I will definitely hire them again.
