Travis is a complete jerk every time I go in there. Hes the manager and not a very nice one. I have been a customer for over 20 years and all the other managers were great. He has a major attitude and chip on his shoulder. The other staff is great but he gives family video a bad name. Hes always in a bad mood. I know other people who have the same complaint and they have switched to using Redbox so they dont have to deal with him.

I was trying for four and a om Stars but wouldnt let me but yeah it was they asked me details about the movies i was looking for but some of the movies u can get. These days out of red box or family video you would think that ppl wouldnt friken produce these movies tha t look like they fake ass actors and actresses i think they are filmed and produced by collage ppl

One of the few survivors of the Netflix era. I believe this can be attributed to low prices and a wide selection using a franchise model. Movies are quickly shifted out and extra copies of each movie are sold for very low prices within a few months of release. Huge fan of their 30 day half-off plans.

Great place to rent movies for great prices. Much more reasonable than on demand, just not quite as convenient. The employees are very nice & they offer deals as well.

Gull Rd family video - most of the people there are INCREDIBLY RUDE. There is 1 younger guy there that is helpful and nice!
