The worst company I have ever worked for! They hire you stating they need Pharmacy Technicians.. then when you start working, they dont put you in the actual pharmacy but in the call center and you find out its a temp agency who actually hired you. They have 3 days of training while your trainer is juggling 50 other things,, they have shoddy computers that after a month of being there, still dont work properly.. when you try to be honest with a patient or a doctors office, in mid sentence, you are cut off by someone, told to put them on hold and then told that "They dont need to know everything"!! Its Quantity over quality of care which is def the WRONG thing to do.. everyday is overly stressful made that way by your superiors.. EVERYBODY is listening to you and wants to know your business. The other workers push their mistakes on you because you are the new person even though the last note in the patients chart clearly doesnt have your name on it... When a patient needs to be counseled by a pharmacist, there is NEVER one around or they just avoid taking your call... they screw up your paychecks and then a trainer(supervisor) will tell the next batch of trainees "Oh if youre not a chain smoking alcoholic already, youll be one eventually!" Out of 6 temps they hired, I lasted the longest!! 3 left during lunch a week after they started without saying a word! Was never on high blood pressure meds until I started here!! Cant wait until I find another job to get out of this hell hole! And they do not pay you for the amount of work you put in. All I can say is, if someone tells you that they have a job for you here,,, RUN!! RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!! SAVE YOURSELF!!

Illegally calling over 10 times in a few minutes after you politely tel them that you are not interested in out-of-state agency contracts, it seems as if they are trying to get people in trouble by calling them multiple times while during a work shift day, so many voicemails, in 1 hour, different indians at the same place, competing with each other to reach out to the same person, its sick, you will not hear them, your ear will hurt by pressing the phone speaker down with pressure to try making out what they are saying, how are these heavy accent having indians even allowed to head hunt for employees? The WORST business practice ever, I am filing complaints to BBB against them, BEWARE PEOPLE! DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB THROUGH ACRO SERVICE! They are running their business like desperate criminals. I am going to make moves, I am insulted, 3 days in a row, over 55 calls, 26 voicemails, all for 1 Honeywell job? Ok, something is going to get done, I wont stop until I put it out there, this business should shut down, or fire all the indians, they are destroying American jobs, especially in IT.

Ive worked with Acro Service Corporation for about two years. Jeff Poissant has been my CHRS Employee Relations Specialist during that time. He calls me from time to time to see if I have any questions or issues. If I do, he will direct me toward the solution if possible, though many times he is pro-active in following up on my behalf. Acro Service Corporation is the best temp agency Ive ever worked with, due in large part to Jeffs caring attitude and efficiency. Neither Kelly Services nor Snelling Staffing Services (Ive worked with both) have the level of service that Jeff and Acro provide -- on many levels, such as on-boarding, benefit registration, payroll problem resolution, and web-site support. Great Pay, had several offers from different companies but Acro offered much more than anyone else for the exact same position. As a recruiting agency, they do an excellent job getting you right into working for your contract. But what I wanted to do is commend one of the Specialists, Maria Olivas. She went above and beyond to help me out with my insurance situation because I was transitioning out of my parents insurance. She made a difficult process run smoothly and was accommodating/urgent to help me transition. For that, I would definitely recommend Acro to job seekers, especially if all of their employees are like her. Thank you! Anything I need my recruiter Abdul is always there to answer any questions I may have rather it be via email or phone. This is my first time working for a Temp agency. They have been very thorough and follow-up to make sure you understand everything and that you have signed all your necessary paperwork. If you have troubles, they will walk you through it. They assign you a contact person for any questions you might have. My contact person is Sudipto Dey and he has been wonderful! Hes always there when I need him and walks me through computer issues if I have them. He also checks on how Im doing. I would highly recommend Acro Services to help you find a job.

I have been with Acro for over 7 years now. During this time I have had several reps, but my current contact person, Jeff Poissant, has been the most pleasant to work with. When I need a question answered or leave a voice mail, I always get a quick response back. He is also very good about checking up on me each month to see how my current assignment is coming along.
