Mi Driver is your 5-star chauffeur service. They are highly professional, very polite, and easy to deal with. The cars they use are always clean and fresh. For two weeks that they were driving me, they were consistently punctual and they made sure I was comfortable. But most impressive was their friendliness and kindness. As a visiting foreigner, they gave me useful and honest information about Muskegon. They even offered me a home-cooked dinner upon knowing I was eating at the restaurants every day! Truly impressive, the best taxi service!!! And wonderful people!!!

First I didnthe know what to expect trying a new cab company. Let me say the entire experience was first class from start to finish. A cleaned smoke free cab arrived at my door step and with the friendliest and cleanest (driver looked as if he actually cared how he presented himself to the public unlike so many of the others I had the pleasure to ride with). I try not to recommend a business just in case the business would let my friends and coworkers down. I recommend MI Driver to all my friends and even family.

I was beyond impressed with this service. I take a bus from NY to MI about every 6 weeks and have had some horrendous experiences with taxi companies in other cities. These folks put me at ease the moment I arrived in Muskegon. I needed rides everyday for nearly a week and they were on time or early every single time. The rates are very reasonable, and the drivers are not only polite, but kind as well. I look forward to using their service on my next trip!

I have taken other taxi services in Muskegon, but Mi Driver was by far the most dependable. They gave me the best experience, the van was very clean, smelled fantastic, and the service was way above average. No smoking in the vans goes a long way for me. I felt very safe not only for riding alone, but suggesting the service for others as well. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best cab company I have received a ride from. It was my first time using them. They arrived early, the car was clean and smelled good, the driver even made conversation with me which made me feel comfortable. I even received a text when the driver was 5 minutes away and when the driver was outside. I would definitely recommend this company.

I love the fact you can drive to the bar without a care in the world. Get all sloppy and have them give you a ride home AND drive your car home for you. I do it from GH to Norton Shores regularly. Awesome.

It was good pick up came 15-20 minutes after call dispatcher and driver were very kind proper vehicle maintinence interior and exterior kinda pricey but worth it definitley best taxi company ever
