They dont accept packages. The security guard lady who informed us of this was incredibly kind, despite obviously having to tell tons of people this all the time. Since this is where all the packages turned into the drop off locations end up, it seems incredibly counterintuitive that they wont take packages here. Get it together, FedEx.

Lost my package at there hub then gave me the go around saying it would be delivered next day. Finally told me to contact the shipper to see if they would re-ship. Too late it was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Horrible experience
