UPS is easily the way to go if youre shipping anything remotely important. They have handled a lot of items for me, both as a sender and receiver, and I have never had a problem. Friendly, helpful staff, too. Compare that to any Post Office Ive ever been to: careless, inattentive, unmotivated workers prone to lose or break your stuff and then refuse to issue a refund for the purchased insurance cost. Of course, the Post Office is cheaper if youre mailing something light and borderline irrelevant. But for anything else, youd be insane to use anyone but UPS.

Today 8/14/15, A clerk at this store refused to accept package that I was dropping off per instructions from my vendor. Package had printed label generated by the vendor. Per clerk - DAVE was his name no description of the content of the package. Now I know why businesess refuses to deal with UPS. I hope his superiors can read this so he can get fired really quick!!!!!!!!

After 30 years of great service, they have suddenly stopped being capable of delivering a package starting a few months ago. FedEx, USPS, DHL, LaserShip, etc are all capable of delivering a package to my porch. UPS somehow cant pull it off. I thought that was the business they were in. Pretty sad when UPS is outperformed by the US Postal Service. Disgusted.

Always helpful as long as you follow the shipping rules. Ive had to make shipment runs when we missed our driver and this hub is always helpful.
