I posted a review Friday about an incident with my mother stating that an employee was rude to her. The owner, Janet, called me today and asked me to come review the tape of the transaction. I owe Janet and her staff an apology as it turns out my mother was at fault. She is elderly and usually in control of her surroundings, but this was not the case on Friday. The service at the UPS store at Kensington Place has always been fantastic service and that appears to have been the case on Friday as well. My sincerest apologies to all involved.

WOW!! Very Poor Customer Service from the Owner herself!!! She went into this long drawn out explanation of her being a small business owner and having to stop what shes doing and log into her computer to help. There was only one other customer in the store who she wasnt even attending. I normally use this store anytime I need anything UPS. I will be finding a different store to share my business with and I suggest you do the same. Something to say for a small business owner who treats her loyal customers the way she did. WOW!

These people are a prime example of jerks. I had a fax come in and they never called me, after leavin my number twice, that it had come. I almost lost my job over it. I didnt get any concessions or "sorry" all I got was "I want working the night that came in". I wouldnt mail a cheap postcard with this kind of business. Im no genius but communication is key in a business like this. They dont value customers or patronage.
