Ordered parts and told FedEx where to drop off where they could be signed for. Driver never stopped left a door tag where he was told not to. Driver was told by customer service to drop package off that eve he never came back. Next day driver told mgmt he was there he wasnt. I was here all day. Now FedEx says tomorrow not likely. All they have to do is a job that pays well and they cant do that. I will never use FedEx again either

After many calls and conversations with managers the driver is still to lazy to deliver my packages to my door they just dump them at the apartment office and leave. Im disabled and cant go up a d down the steps to carry my packages

They do not deliver on time and make up excuses like weather related when it is sunny or just dont want to deliver packages because it is an inconvenience to the driver.
