They just dont want to do their job. On a Saturday afternoon wouldnt cash a money order for $200 saying they didnt have the $ without (fine) but then the next month wouldnt cash a money order because she (butch old woman) said it looked faked and she wouldnt even call the PO that made it out to confirm. When we said wed go to this other branch, she said shed call ahead and tell them its a fake. WTF? Good thing we know how to contact USPS Office of Inspector General. No wonder the USPS is going down due to inept idiots working there (of course there are exceptions).

They lost my package and did not want to do something to find it. There is a woman with a french accent who screamed and yelled at me, she got irritated when I called her and tried to find out about my package. It was 200$ package cloth ordered online and ofcorse I wanted either to get my money back or to receive my package. Finally,I got my package in a month and now if I want to return something, it is too late. So, in a future, I will try not to use USPS again and will put the claim.

This post office is great!!! Hours are great!!! Service is great!!! Marti, Carmen, Bill....these associates are top notch. Now, I ship a lot through USPS. Ive seen several customers ahead of me who are simply ignorant and want the clerks to do everything for them. Dont be like this, or you may end up leaving an ignorant review. Ask, learn, and then they can assist you. Theyre there to process and ship your orders, not spoon-feed you. This branch is top-notch.

I had a issue with a package that was sent there to this post office, and it was sent by mistake so I went to the original post office where I mailed it and got no... help, so I finally found the number to this post office and spoke with a guy name RYAN and he was super with helping me and took care of the issue and the package is on it way to where it needs to be so I just wont to say THANK YOU RYAN AND THE POST MASTER!!!!!!!

Bad experience....I was suppose to reciveve a priority package from out of state and never received it...I called them multiple times for 3 days and they did not have my package..It just disappered some how...The person who shipped it for sure put the right address but has memory issues sometimes so she fogot the tracking number ..They wouldnt help me try a differnt option...Last time ill go through this post office.

I really wish the jerk employees here would STOP eating the snacks I order online!!! Its funny every time a package of mine goes missing, its FOOD Ive ordered! They mark it delivered and everything. Get your own darn snacks you pigs! Im disabled and cant leave the house much so this is making my life a real pain. Stop it!

They seem to have trouble remembering to deliver packages and then claim that there wasnt anyone home. I walked to the box and the driver still drove off and claimed no secure place,to leave package!!! Too busy talking on the phone was her problem!

Twice I was expecting delivery from Amazon and twice they never brought the package to my business door! I had to drive 20 minutes each way a d stand in line for 45 minutes just to pick up packages that were PAID to be DELIVERED!!! Rediculous !!
