I waited for a package that was "on the truck for delivery by the end of the day" from November 30th until December 5th. After calling several days in a row, I discovered that no one at this facility really cared if i got the package or if the package existed at all. I was told by one employee that she didnt have a clue when it would be delivered or if it was in the warehouse and made no attempt to find it. In my last effort to call and try to speak to someone of intelligence I finally spoke to Rashad who not only went into the warehouse and confirmed the package was there, he also delivered it the following day. I have tried repeatedly to contact his boss to make sure Rashads efforts did not go unnoticed but no one answers. Its people like Rashad that make FedEx or any company. I dont care how small you start or how large you become your comapany is only as good as the people that work for you. I own a business and know this first hand. I would not let wages or lack of opportunity cause Rashad to look elsewhere for a job FedEx, If not for him I would be using my efforts to express my dissatisfaction instead of my gratitude. Thank you Rashad.

Terrible, terrible experience. I was home 2 of the 4 times the driver claims to have tried to deliver a package at my house that required a signature. Upon calling the office to see what the heck was going on using the slip from one of the packages they told me they would have someone call me back. After 2 days, no call so I call back the following Monday. They then told me I need to go pick up, but the facility is only open during business hours and closed on Mondays. This happens just about every time I get something fedex that requires a signature and I am fed up with the terrible customer service, long hold times to figure out where my package is, lack of follow through, and above all drivers saying they made delivery attempts that I am 100% sure they did not make. This has happened more than once... and I will not be ordering from people that send via fedex and require a signature anymore. With the heatwave we have had I am confident my package is spoiled now anyways.

OK, so had an OVERNIGHT EXPEDITED scenario, starting on a THURSDAY. Package was picked up 4 hours after call in, and spent. an entire 20 hours sitting in San Antonio Texas ( no weather issues in San Antonio), then package arrives at this facility(Nashville Tn) whereby is sits for an ADDITIONAL 24 hours and still has not budged!...Citing weather issues is unacceptable logistics. No weather issues in any of these places, and the final destination of Charlotte NC is "clear skies" as well.It is now SATURDAY, and no pkg. This has cost me financially, due to banking hours and failure to make deposit of EXPEDITED OVERNIGHT funds needed to complete a transaction, involving transportation for Senior Citizen now without funds and car, due to failure of FedEX to have contingency plans in effect for "unforeseen" circumstances, and a failure of the logistical managers to .have a backup plan. UNACCEPTABLE. HORRIBLE service.

We ordered a phone for my son. They said they tried to deliver yesterday with a little sticky note which fell off the gate and into the rain water. they today when they delivered, my son was home but no one came to the door or blew the horn. I called and spoke with Sammy. He could have cared less that my package will more than likely go back to the company I purchased from because no one will be home tomorrow. I live an hour and a half form Nashville and they are only open 8-5. I will not be buying from anyone that uses FedEx Home Delivery. the old way worked. why change? should be able to leave no stars.

FedEx is usually pretty good but the Home Delivery is terrible. I live in a rural part of Nashville and the real Fedex has no trouble finding me. Ive been here for 18 years. Ever since Home Delivery came around Ive had nothing but trouble. Yesterday they left a note stuck on my mailbox. I have a package that needs an adult signature. How can I sign when you dont make any effort to contact me? I called the 800 number and asked that they have the local call me. Ive been waiting around all day for that call. I will miss an apointment because of their incompetence. Im going to ask shippers to use USPS.

Just one word -Avoid. For every reason delivery services, expedited delivery in 5 days, coordination, customer support. Better use USPS. Their top excuse would be weather issues and delayed flights, same old excuses. My package was so urgent expedited overnight shipped from Chicago, picked on Thursday 12:00 pm local time, sits entire 30 hrs at Memphis, TN and next day got returned as well to Nashville TN. There was no weather situation in Memphis that day- 11Feb 16. Customer care is never ready to take any responsibility, neither they sound regretful in anyway. Arrogance.

Had a package delivered yesterday. The driver placed the item in the front fenced yard on the porch with my dog clearly running around. I would assume common sense would deter anyone from leaving a package laying on the porch with a dog running around, there was even a table that the package could have been laid on. The result was damaged items. Got a call from the local office and just got a "Sorry for the Inconvenience" and refused to accept any responsibility. Too many choices for this type of customer service.

Very poor experience using fedex i will never use them again they lost a package and have not done anything to help me find it there customer service it terrible and i will keep who ever i can from using them its been a week and still havent received a call or any kind of response from them it took 4 months to build my wheel and now its gone was lost or more than likely stolen by an employee and i cant get any answers i would leave negative star if I could

I was not even receiving a package delivery, however I did get an entire FedEx Truck that drove through my yard, tore up my lawn, and stopped just short of smashing into my sons room at the front of the house! How does that even happen?! Im thinking this driver shouldnt even have a license, and probably needs to go back to training... he missed the part on how to use the brakes! I wont hold my breath waiting on them to fix my lawn.

My experience is that the delivery person was supposed to leave my husbands package at the door today (3/24/15). I specifically told our apartment people to tell them to leave the package at the door. They did not come back to do what they were told to do. You need to tell your delivery people that when the office refuses the packages even if the people are not at home to leave it anyway. This is very disappointing for FedEx.

Received an invoice in my mailbox today stating that the driver had attempted 3 times to drop off my package, yet I had not been notified a single time before today, that he/she had tried dropping it off. How was I supposed to know that my package was being delivered, especially when I didnt know what shipping the company, from which I bought, was using? If customer service had not been so accommodating, this rating would be one star.
