The Madison location employees will try to extort you by refusing your package and try getting you to pay for new packaging and increased shipping charges. I went to this Madison location to ship a box of softball equipment back to the person that shipped it to me via FedEx. I arrived about 7:30pm took the box in and the worker refused the box and because there was a rise on the top from the catchers mask inside. She offered to rebox it for $12. So then I asked about shipping in the new box and because it a larger box it went from $15 to $32 to ship it. She attempted to justify the new box with scare tactics stating it rides on conveyor belt and big boxes will crush it and destroy the contents. I still refused to pay the additional charges and left. The next day I went to the FedEx office location in Bowling Green KY after work. Asked the employee if there was any problems with the box. He said the box had no issues and I shipped the box for $15 and it arrived today safe and sound.

I am regularly printing and shipping through this FedEx. I have ALWAYS had a great experience with these folks. Fatima or Jessie is usually who helps me and they have always been so helpful and sweet. And the other employees that I have worked with have always been professional, courteous, and helpful! There have been several times when I thought for sure that my package would be late (which is unacceptable for my type of delivery) and none of my deliveries have EVER been late. ALWAYS early, even the week of Christmas! These have been my experiences at this FedEx and I go there and I go a lot! Thanks FedEx team! Youre awesome!

I actually am an employee with FedEx Office and the rivergate/Madison location was my former store - I just to tell all of the people who have left good reviews thank you for your positive feedback and we greatly appreciate your business. Needed to print off a PDF. When I went to open it, it said Adobe reader needed to be updated, but of course the computer wouldnt let me. I grabbed the help to assist me, they said they couldnt do it either. I asked plainly if there was any way I could open and print this basic PDF at this location - they said no. A print center that cant open PDFs, totally unacceptable; unbelievable. What a complete joke.

I`m sending package abroad every once in a while. It always goes through fedex. But recently i moved so this is my nearest location. They refused to take my package should i not pay for repackaging or not repackage myself. Other locations were not making any problems and my package was always delivered without a scratch.

Spent 45min trying to login to their copier via the digital cloud kiosk but that wouldnt work, and then I tried a desktop computer, which they wanted to charge time for, but that didnt work either. In the end none of their tech worked just to print a few simple pages.

There two days in a row and the staff was helpful and friendly both days, even late Sunday evening when Heidi worked alone to help a crowded store. Just left the 24 hr store in Donelson, and the customer service was awful. Ill continue to use the Rivergate location.
