I have to be honest. Im torn between 1 star and 5 stars. Let me explain... So normally I depise this store. Obviously its a poorly run franchise lol. They younger girl and guy with the glasses would be better suited in package handling (away from customers)as they know nothing and can do nothing. The older employees are more pleasant but not very helpful. . Id give them NO stars but they have a little superstar I believe to be named Wendy...? Anyway, shes extremely nice and although she was firm and explained ups policies, she was willing to put in a little extra effort to please and retain a customer! She is the only reason I return and if you get the chance to... go when shes working. You wont regret it. She got me in and out without missing my flight and she didnt have to do that. Im forever grateful!

I am the Office Manager of a small business that has used this UPS store to ship regularly over the past year and a half. We ha previously had our printing done at Staples. The owner of the store Pat Patel asked if he could do the printing side of our business as well and offered 3 less cents a page than what we were paying at Staples. I agreed and received my printing back done incorrectly two times on the first printing job. However, he still charged us for the incorrect copies along with the re dos. A printing job that was quoted at $76.00 was charged over $214.00 to the credit card on file with his store. We received a charge from him for two months totaling over $422.00 with generic invoices to back up the charges. I would not recommend using this store and will not use this store in the future.

To whom it may concern, Mr. Clay Bingham, an employee of the UPS Store #3493, provided me with stellar customer service in what was a very stressful moment for me. I was in a time crunch and needed a print job done in a very short time window. Throughout our conversation, Mr. Bingham was calm and courteous. In my opinion, he went above and beyond and provided superb customer service. Because of Mr. Binghams professionalism and follow through on my print job, UPS store has a customer for life. I have been to this location twice now. The 1st time the workers were short and rude to me, a complete lack of proper customer service. However I thought that maybe someone was having a bad day and decided to give them a 2nd chance. When I arrives 15 minutes before the posted closing time the door was already locked up and the girl inside just looked at me through the window as she was closing the cage and shook her head no and then ignored me. This establishment is astoundingly unprofessional and management should be doing something about it. As for me however, I will be using FEDEX from now.

Do not go in here, I cant tell you the horrible service i got in there in the space provided. I was returning my Ipod for a warranty repair to apple which only lets choose ups store or send a box for delivery. Get the box, this kid had no disregard for items he dropped the ipod on the floor and left it there on the floor while he went off to do other things in front of me and never once said sorry for dropping it. just looked completely disgusted that he had to do anything at all at his job.I will be calling the owner and ups company and the apple store to report this horrible attitude.

I have been charged almost $900.00 from AT&T because they lost my package. The Indian man that runs this store is very hateful told me he has no record of my husband ever coming in to the store. I have asked but he will not pull the camera footage that shows my husband coming in to the store to return my equipment and what happened to it. I wish I wouldve read all reviews prior to mine because I would have chosen another store. Horrible service! I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

Heres the problem. The owner micro manages everything, humiliates the employees, and since they dont really get to learn on their own without him interceding in the most menial tasks, when hes not there things dont go smoothly....actually not that smooth when he is there as everyone is on pins and needles. "The Dude" needs to relax, talk to people less rudely, and try smiling once in a while instead of acting like he hates life.

The owner Pat Patel is very bad ... I am missing several pieces of mail business and personal. I believe Pat Patels UPS store in Goodlettsville, Tennessee is under a federal mail fraud charge and tampering charges. I definately do not recommend this UPS store. It needs to be shut down and the shipping charges are way too high not consistent with standard mail costs. 1 out of 10 rating ...very bad / poor. Look elsewhere !

I honestly do not know why there is so many negative reviews on this store. I went in with a need of seeing how much it would cost to ship something out to California, it resulting in the cost of shipping is going to be more than its worth but the lady was more than happy to help, even after I stated I did not want to waste her time. I felt as if my needs were being met and she actually cared. Major props to this store!

The Indian employee there lied right to my face and said Amazon systems were down so he could not accept my package but would print the label for me for 4 dollars! They are scammers trying to get money, I left and went to the Hendersonville ups store and they scared my Amazon barcode with no issue and also told me it was only 1.49 to print the label. never go here!!!!!!!!

Owner is unnecessarily rude and a nasty piece of work. Lectured me about how he waived fees for me when in fact the fees were waived by UPS days before because I spent 45 minutes on the phone complaining about how their tracking failed and they sent me on a wild goose chase to retrieve a package that had already been shipped. I will never go near that store again.

this is an amazing store great customer service!!!!!! they make you feel like family even when its just a drop off...this is and will be the only ups store i will go to.The owner Pat Patel is an outstanding man and manager Maria is an amazing woman. They have the best prices in town! and will always do whatever it takes to make you happy!!

READ BERFORE ENTERING: Pat Patel would not print the tracking number on the receipt like I had asked. He assured me that hed email the tracking but if the tracking isnt printed on the receipt, I didnt pay for shipping. Tracking is required for Ebay shipments. When he is overcharging every shipment. DO NOT TRUST PAT PATEL.

My goodness, every time I go there, there is a problem! The manager is never there when needed. His employees are very incompetent and always mess up our shipping. This eventually cost our business money and us to lose customers. I wish there was another UPS location.
