Terrible service. I went to ship a phone and when I found out how much the cost was going to be I asked if I could ship USPS (which they do there) and was told by the clerk that USPS doesnt deliver to the area. After going home and further thinking about it I called USPS and they can actually ship to the person with no issues. Upon calling back and speaking to "management" I was told that the owner came up to help the clerk finish the transaction, which never happened with me. After going around and around about how I didnt receive the correct information nothing was resolved. I basically got "we didnt give you the correct information and we charged you more than you shouldve but oh well." I would just be leary of using them and assuming you are getting the best rate possible.

I have box with them for the past couple years and never had but great experience here! USPS lost my package (which is not the store fault), the manager herself called the usps and traced the package, and keep my in it until they deliver is week later. She absolutely didnt have to do that, but that was nice of them to show such a great costumer service.

What a rip off. Extremely unreasonable price gouging. While standing in there they tried to charge a guy 3$ to put a piece of tape on a box. Charged me 7$ for 1 scan and to print 1 piece of paper. Thats like 75¢ tops.. She said you cant buy a burger for 75¢ I said I guess Im eating this piece of paper. Horrible

Terrible service. Complete failure to follow instructions. Thinks that boxing item and shipping is all that needs to happen. Deah needs to learn what customer service is and how to follow detailed instructions or she needs to work somewhere else.
