I trusted FedEx to handle a time sensitive package, and was completely let down. The customer service has no depth. The customer service center has no way to get a hold of the local shipping centers with out a tracking number.. so make sure to have one. When I left messages with the customer service rep, the Rep told me she would have the local office contact me with more information on where they dropped the ball. Never received a call back, and I have been put in such a desperate postion. I am calling and begging to be put through to the local office, or at least get some kind of information to find out what to do next. This experience resulted in a wasted day of leave, money and time lost. Gas money to go pick up the item from the ship center. An entire weekend stranded without a car (the package was my ticket to a ride), and another day my 2 year old son was stranded away from his parents. It has been a complete nightmare. i will NEVER use FedEx again on my dollar.

The clerk that works the front desk a majority of the time is REALLY annoying. He tries to be cute, saying that he wont take my packages when theyre actually fine. I have places to be and things I need to be doing, I dont have time for this foolishness. Not only this, but I called to pick up a package at the facility that I missed earlier in the day. For some reason, they didnt drop it off at my apartment complex office for "security reasons" (I had ordered an umbrella...). So I called them to pick it up at the facility, and they said that they only drop it back off at the FedEx the minute the building closes.

This place sucks. Not Fedex as a whole just this place. I paid to have an item two day shipped, and waited for it to arrive. On the morning that my package was due to arrive it was on the truck for delivery per their website. At 5:00pm the status changed to "at Fedex facility, package not due for delivery." WTF! Mind you I took the day off so that I could be at home when the package came. Well thanks for nothing Fedex. When I asked them what happened, they didnt have and answer. Supposedly they run longer routes on Mondays.BS! Next time Ill go UPS.

So after 10 minutes on the automated service line, the digital representative couldnt understand that my last name was spelled with a B and not a V so it asked if I would like to speak to a customer service representative. Which I replied yes, and then automated service representative hung up on me lol. It literally hung up the phone on me as soon as I answered to speak with a customer rep. Thats terrible service at its finest. I couldnt even get through to speak to anyone about my mis-delivery.

The biggest let down of my life. Oh my god fed ex is so horible. i always order through UPS but thought to try fed ex for the heck of if this time. Couldnt find my apartment the first time, then sent it back to the warehouse for 2 days before trying again. I pad for next day express shipping and ended up taking 4 days and didnt get a refund. Fed Ex will not make it to much longer. TRASH

If you or your party didn t pay the extra cost they will make you wait wont even let you pick it up tell you its on the truck for delivery but when it doesnt deliver an you show up on Saturday they tell you its on the truck for delivery in there lock up wont go get your package off it lazy and never using there service again

Ive had mixed experiences there but want to give a strong positive review after dealing with Jason Edney. Not sure if hes there all the time but Ill never forget his name or how freaking nice he was. Just an incredibly warm character. Tall guy. Cant miss him. Youre in luck if youre dealing with Jason!

I was expecting a delivery and they didnt deliver it the stuck a "sorry we missed you" slip on the door and left. I came out before he left he didnt have the package in his hand and he said I was to late now I have to wait until they can deliver it again. TERRIBLE SERVICE and thats an understatement!

Website says I gave an incorrect address. Double checked w/ amazon and its correct. This was time sensitive and you have now cost me money. My neighbor got a package today... they live at 72 My street and I live at 73. Your telling me your dumbass driver couldnt find the place? wtf?

For some reason, when I drop packages at this location, I stand about a 50% chance of getting billed for 1-3 lbs over the actual weight, but when i drop packages at the PaknFax in Navarre that NEVER happens.

Closes as soon as trucks return from delivery. They dont allow you to sit and wait. Which means you have at most a 30 min window to pick up your package.
