This stores staff and manager/owner leaves A LOT to be desired. We will NEVER use their services again for even the smallest service. First, when we have dealt with them in the past, particularly the owner, on the phone and in person, they are never particularly friendly or personable. Recently we had a very special shipment that we needed to send out so we went in and gave dimensions and weight of the item and got a quote for them to package and ship it. A newbie employee who has apparently been in training for months on end gave us a quote of around $60 for both packing and shipping. Based on this quote, we took the item the next day and gave it to them to process. The same trainee told us they wouldnt be able to ship it out until 3 days later although on the phone before we took the trip there we had been told on the phone it could go out that day. When we queried him another employee came over and cleared it up that in fact it would go out that day and he was mistaken. After they packed it, he weighed and measured it and proceeded to tell us with a straight face that the cost would be over $125 MORE than the quote he had given us the previous day! We called the manager/owner over and she got beet red and apologized that he had made a rookie mistake. Okay, we get it - hes still learning and is clearly making mistakes. Thats understandable. But the owners response was the least customer-service oriented and professional I could imagine. She bumbled around and basically just stared at us. She DID apologize on her employees behalf who had skulked to the back room and never reappeared to make any apology. But when we told her we were not going to proceed she actually tore apart the box she had just packed to pull out the item and gave it back to us! No offer to at least give us the packed box for our troubles of making two trips over there for nothing and waiting 1/2 hour for her to pack it! We know as a store owner she could have done anything she wanted to make reparations and she chose to do basically nothing to keep our business or make us happy. We subsequently packed the package ourselves at home and took it to FedEx the next day where it shipped out for even LESS than the original quote anyway. Live and learn - we will NEVER ship anything from UPS Store again.

Thank you Joni and the gang. It is so nice to know I can trust you guys with what I need. I use them for all of my printing needs. Because I know I can send them the files, and they can handle it. I can take my mind off of it and just know it will get completed correctly. I cant speak enough for them. Its great to relax and know it will be done. And theyre really nice and courteous too!

I rarely if ever post google reiews, but pricing at this place borders on price gouging. After getting an $85 quote to package up 3 boxes, I was then given a $50 quote to just purchase the 3 boxes and package them myself. Went to the mail store by publix on the north side of town and had them package everything up for $40.

Just took a package here to ship, was prelabeled so it was just a drop off. I liked there were reserved spots for this store to park in right by the door. I was the only one in the store at the time besides the employee and service was very quick. She offered a drop off receipt and was very friendly.

I use The UPS Store often for my business & personal need as does my husband. The staff is great - very friendly and helpful. Its locally owned and operated which I also like. Theres nowhere else in Mt. Juliet I would go for these services.

Store does not follow corporate guidelines as far as shipping. Management of the store decides what to ship or not ship based on their political views and not corporate policy. I do not use this store or UPS based on this fact anymore.

I have my settings set to deliver to my house through ups. For some reason, no one can explain why half of my items are delivered to my house, where as the other half are delivered here.
