Guy Rocks! I have had nothing but good experiences at this UPS Store. Guy and his staff have been super helpful to me with my mailbox rental and everything I have needed to be done. He and his staff have gone over and above what you would normally expect from a mailbox rental, solving problems, being very flexible, and always displaying a "can do" attitude. I am very grateful for my relationship with Guys UPS Store and will be a customer for a long time. If you want great service, this is the place.

Customer service is terrible! I had to pay $1 a couple of times for a piece of tape and even after paying I had to beg for more. They have a printer but they charge $1.5 per black and white paper which students can get for free upstairs. Its not a big deal until you waste your time emailing them the document from the slowest and only internet machine they have and then finding out that what they charge is unreasonable. And the manager seems very unhappy about his job!

Their web says that they are open until 8:00. When you call them answering machine says until 7:00. You go to store and they are closing at 4:00. Guys fix your s**t!!!!

Your store hours are wrong. Made it difficult for me to pick up a package that was for some reason never dropped off, even though it was a secure location.

Girl at front desk was so unbelievable rude and unknowledgeable I could not put up with it. Took my business straight to Kinkos.
