The guy who works the counter there is the biggest jerk I have ever seen. I was there last week mailing a package with a sweet lady & she charges me $3.96 for the package explaining that if I wasnt in a hurry, I didnt have to mail it priority so I did that. Went in today with the same exact package & told the guy I didnt want to mail it priority & that I paid $3.96 last week with the lady & wanted to do that again. He says shes wrong, Im wrong & there was no other way to mail it than to pay $6.45 for priority. I didnt make up the price dude. I told him he didnt have to be so rude & every time Im in there over the past 4 years, hes the BIGGEST jerk. Hope Santa brings him a new personality! Dont waste your money there...go to where customer service means something!

Rude customer service. First encounter, when in, purchased postage and asked to use tape. Was told tape cost $1. Second encounter, went in with pre-paid label for flat rate envelope, but the envelope did not have label holder. I asked to use tape and was told that the tape was only for paying customers.... I was paying customer the previous time I visited their store and was asked to pay for a piece of tape. Greedy, rude...Never again!
