These folks make my life so much easier. I have a virtual mailbox at this store and the staff is always right on top of everything. They are friendly, fast and incredibly efficient. I would absolutely say that you cant go wrong dealing with this UPS Store. The owner and employees are all super nice and the store is neat and clean. I have been doing business with them for about 3 years now and have never had one moment of negative experience. Highly recommended!

Our Spring Hill UPS Store is such a great resource! I have counted on them for many professional projects. As a working mom, I often have my kids in tow. My kids actually look forward to coming to our UPS Store with me because they have a play table with building blocks and books! The staff is always so helpful and courteous also.

AWESOME customer service. I e-mailed my document and when it didnt look right, Jason worked on it until it was perfect. To top it all off, they delivered it to my work when I couldnt get to the store in time. I definitely recommend them and will use them again !

Always the Best! I use the services of the UPS Store on a weekly basis from mailbox services, making copies, marketing materials, binding and shipping. The staff always goes out of their way to help and make sure the job is done right.

I dont know how they got this 5 star, they sand my packages to wrong address, they give me wrong receipt, and cant fix that as they say, I lost time and money, so people make sure to check every thing before you leave this UPS store.
