Terrible delivery service if getting your package in a timely manner is important to you. They have had my package for 2 days in their delivery center, but have not delivered it. The customer service line is less than helpful while trying to track the package. The only saving grace of the customer service was the operations supervisor in Pensacola, Mr. Andrews. He was very helpful. Unfortunately, it was after a 2 day delay. Definitely use someone else if getting your package when expected is important.

Waiting three days for delivery, package has been loaded on truck three days in a row for delivery and nothing yet. No notice nothing, terrible shipping company. Moral: Do not order from Staples for local delivery!
