WOW!! You have to give at least one star to post a comment!!!! I shipped out a BOX to be delivered in another state. This was on a Tuesday and they said it would be delivered on Thursday. Thursday came and the package wasnt delivered. No biggie maybe they were running behind. So Friday came and the shipment still hadnt arrived. I checked the tracking number on line and it showed that the shipping label was created and there was no other action. I had checked with the store and they had no idea what was going on. Either way the store personnel were fine. The whole system of tracking and processing A BIG BOX is broken!! Oh they did put a tracker out but thatll be 8-10 days before They can give me any monies back for the shipment and items inside. Bottom line try somewhere else..

Greedo Island

There were only two computers that were available for customers, but only one was working to print. When I was done getting my documents ready to print they told me to call them over so they can do it for me. The lady literally just hit the print button. She didnt change what printer to use, she didnt do anything so difficult that a regular person couldnt do. The store is very small. If you need to print out anything I would suggest going to a FedEx location. Its cheaper and they will have more options for you to use.

This place is no good to get a notary. We called to make sure a notary would be there, they stated there would be one there until 5:30. We drove many miles to get there just for them to tell us he went home because it was slow. Not good for business.

Mine was a quick visit just to fax a few pages. A friendly staff, good customer service and all the fixings youd expect from this type of facility.
