I called the center a day before my package was scheduled to arrive at the center and asked them to hold it. It was very important that I received this particular package first thing in the morning and I couldnt wait for them to deliver it sometime in the afternoon. While on my way to the center I called to confirm that they received and were holding my package. The response I got was upsetting. They never held the package and it was out for delivery. I explained how this particular package was supposed to be held because i needed it asap. The manager got ahold of the driver, retrieved the package and delivered it to me. I was very grateful and I understand that mistakes happen people are only human. Im glad things worked out and appreciate the manager for understanding the servity of the situation.

Ordered an item through UPS and never will again. It took over 13 days to receive my package. I ordered something through USPS 4 days after this item and it got to me within 2 days to put things in perspective. On top of the length of time I called to ask if I could come pick the item up on Friday instead of waiting for a Monday delivery and was told no. 0/5. To me its not even this hub. UPS as a whole needs to work on getting better.

I give ups 0....they lost my package again or chose not to deliver when scheduled. I will no longer order anything that will be delivered by ups ever again... Ill pay extra for fedex instead. Nobody seems to know anything about my package nor do they even seem to care,what is on tracking system is incorrect and the Clarksville dept doesnt know anything....very unprofessional and incompitent. I am extremely irate at this point.....

My package arrived there and I called to see if I could just come and pick it up instead of waiting till Monday for it to be delivered. I was told no because it was in a trailer. The trail or has to be unloaded and sorted any way but again I was told no. I feel like they were just to lazy to do their jobs

Just called on a Saturday to see if I could come pick up my tires that were there instead of waiting for a Monday delivery and was told no because they were still on a truck. Not very good for a hub that is actually open on Saturday. What is the reason for being open then...

Need to update your times. Says you open on Saturday and your not. Man I hate when people ship me items ups
