Its great if youre just picking up or dropping off a package thats ready to go, but my printer wasnt working, so they couldnt help me??? Really? I had a barcode on my phone to be scanned to generate a label, But they said they couldnt do that?? I had to go to 1 of only 2 remaining UPS "STORES" to get service and support. JUST GO TO UNIVERSITY TOWN CENTER UPS STORE, THEY HAD ME DONE IN UNDER 60 SECONDS. THANKS , BY : JASON CHAD BROWN

I hate ups I stay right down the street from ups in you mean to tell me it takes all day to receive a package like people dont have things to do and my package will be missed cause I have to work in there is no way of knowing when it will come same thing probably will happen tomorrow never again will I use UPS terrible service!!!!!!

Didnt deliver my package on time then told me theres nothing they can do about it and even though people are there in Saturdays, they told me I couldnt go up there to get it. They ruined my daughters first birthday!

Have tried to call this location for over a hour, either the phone is be hung up by the employees or the phone system is down. Need best phone system!!!!
