On Friday I got a door tag that said that said a signature from someone 21 or older was needed for delivery but that my package would be available at the local Fedex Ship Center after 4pm for pick up. I didnt get home from work until about 6pm - but of course they were closed by then and arent even open on the weekend. Living in TN with a majority of bible thumpers, I can better understand them not being open on Sundays, but not being open on Saturdays is ridiculous because it requires people taking off work just to go pick up a package that FedEx is SUPPOSED to be DELIVERING in the first place. They seriously need to extend their hours of operation.

Overnight express shipping on Friday. Though the package is in the town where it is to be delivered arrived on Saturday at 7:55am. It did not get delivered until Monday. 1 day ship, plus 2 and a half days wait time. That is as fast as using USPS, without the high cost of "Overnight Express". Turns out overnight express is Mon-Fri only. Saturday is an addition fee for delivery, which was not told, or that would have been taken care of. Another case of a company that asks premium price, but hires incompetent people, and gives minimum service.

I chose overnight shipping for Friday for Monday delivery. They did not deliver to a very important client until Tuesday. The tracking said not delivered due to business being closed, however they were not closed. When our client asked their afternoon delivery guy what the deal was he replied "The morning guy was new and he assumed you were not open due to MLK day...." Ummmmmm... Refund!

Phone was sent from Verizon overnight on Thursday. SUPPOSEDLY, they could not delivery it Friday at 2pm because they said no one was home (LIE, because my husband was home ALL day, AND my daughter is home from school by then). Now, they are saying that they will re attempt delivery on MONDAY- and the ship center that it is at is CLOSED

Package was sent overnight shipping on Thursday at 3:30 pm Pacific time. Arrived in Indianapolis on Friday at 2:05 am eastern time. Today is Saturday and still no package. They are telling me that I will not receive my package until Monday at the earliest. I feel robbed by them right now.
