Worst service ever! Our ups driver ignores our shipping comments by leaving everything at the front door, which is the route of least resistance, even though I continually leave comments to leave under the porch on the side of our house. The tipping point was when he left an expensive probiotic out front clearly marked "ICE PACK" out in the fricken sun! So today Im in my office watching him walk up to the front door, read my ups sign, then stomp off wining about having to walk aroiund the side of the house. He gets to the porch and starts making this loud grunting noise as if hes forced to deliver boxes! I walk out and confront him on more craziness I didnt list here, and he blames the past mistakes on other guys filling in because hes got personal problems!? Go FEDEX whatever the cost...they deliver on time and actually read my shipping comments. UPS THUMBS DOWN!

Today, I had lost all hope in UPS. I have been a faithful customer for over 7 years. I had ordered an Amazon package for my nephew. It was set to arrive yesterday but they said they couldnt deliver it. However, the kicker is they said they couldnt deliver because my address was incorrect, however, I received an info notice. I drove to this location as well as well as twice to the UPS store in Goodlettsville. Neither store had my package. I spent about 4 hours on the phone with UPS. One rep just flat out told me that we lost your package and you need to file a claim. I was heartbroken,this gift was over $100. However, UPS has a guardian angel. I believe her name is Ms. Eunice. She was an older black lady who went through the hub with her team to find my package. I will forever grateful for her patience and perseverance. Thank you so much.

A young lady from UPS called me today to inform me the status of my package . She neglected to tell me where I needed to go to pick it up or give me a call back number. Since my phone went straight to voicemail I didnt get a chance to talk to her . When I googled any number I could call to talk to the live representative to talk too I couldnt get through to anybody I kept getting a darn computer! Does UPS have a number I can call and complain or get up-to-date information other then the (742-5877) number? I am very perturbed with this whole situation . I would prefer not to use UPS ever again if I have a say about it.

Over the phone I asked whether there was an option to pick up a parcel at an UPS location. Instead of giving me the options first and telling me the location of UPS, he put me on hold and put in a request to hold my package at this facility. In case I had known it was such a long drive I would have choose for the extra fee of 5 dollars instead of driving here. The service when picking up my parcel was good, but customer service over the phone should people first inform about the options, instead of putting in the request to hold a package while putting the customer on hold.

Absolutely horrible experiences with this UPS store.... I get daily notifications that my packages will arrive and I ensure Im hope with the door open for the delivery guy and he NEVER comes, followed by emails saying "sorry we missed you". Next Im setting up a camer for proof of his non-deliveries. Completely fed up with the local UPS, and I wouldnt use them if not the companies I order from have contracts to ship with UPS.

I was told that my package was delivered, my husband and son was at home at the time that they said it was not delivered. My bedroom window faces my front yard where my husband was on his computer at that time, he said no one pulled up .I called and report it they said that I should hear from them in 5 to 7 days if they will refund my money. Its been longer than that, still havent heard from them yet. :/

Literally just saw a UPS employee going through my mail in my mailbox - which is a privacy violation, and possibly a felony. Not sure why he was going through mailbox - but he looked suspicious and looked around to see if anyone was watching him. Then he delivered a package to the front door and left. UPS better explain his actions.

We know that this site does not usually open to walk-in customers until 2 pm (it may be different during the holidays). We often take items to the Whites Creek location in the afternoon. The clerks there are always friendly and helpful. Excellent Service!!

-5 Stars...Workers throws customers packages all over the place seen TVs being tossed rats everywhere mice everywhere. supervisors stealing and ups security is very lazy and picks with employees because there bored and they can get away with it.

Very unprofessional. My shipment was scheduled for delivery 2 days ago and I have not received it. I was told that it would come on a Saturday delivery but the office is closed on Saturday! The worst service ever!

UPS website says this location is open Saturday 9a - 5p. However, that is not the case. This location is only open Mon - Fri.
