Worst delivery service I have ever experienced in my lifetime, Im 65 years old. When my package was delivered, we were under a winter storm warning, temperature at 28 degrees, sleet/freezing rain mix. I have an elevated porch so the steps were iced over when I found the package had been delivered. The delivery person had left the package half way up the walkway out in the freezing rain, about 10 feet from the porch. I live alone and am recovering from knee surgery. They never even knocked on the door, nor rang the doorbell. I had to clear the steps of the ice and go into the yard to retrieve my package. I called the Tuscaloosa office to advise them of my complaint. They only made excuses and was unconcerned making it sound like I was a fool for calling. UPS would have never done this. They would have left the package on the porch, irregardless of knowing my physical condition; treating me with respect when I would call. They have never left one of my packages in the yard like FedEx did; and this is not the first time Fedex has done somefhing like this to me. I will never use FedEx ever again, and recommend no one else use them, especially the Tuscaloosa office.

I ordered a package through FedEx. It shipped April 25, 2015. I paid $15 for 3-5 business days shipping. I was supposed to receive this package on May 1, 2015. I tracked this package all the way onto the delivery truck, and at 11:30am, i got my chair with a book, and sat outside my door. That way, id see the truck pull up. while sitting outside waiting for my package, i recieved an email stating i missed my delivery... I had to ask myself "Was i at the wrong house? No fedex truck! No letter or note ... Nothing... I called FedEx and they acted very nonchalant and uncaring. It was still 2 oclock, and the head supervisor says that his drivers said they are done for the day... Im disgusted at the service I have received and I would HIGHLY recommend another delivery service. At least in TUSCALOOSA, AL.

Wondering where my original post is? It was very negative! I guess only the positive ones are allowed to show up! Whatever! They are a bad company to do business with! UPS & USPS will get all of my business from now on! FedEx, dont let the screen door hit you on your way out!

These guys hooked me up! My package came in on a friday and wasnt supposed to be delivered till the upcoming monday. They allowed me to come in and pick up my package early which was amazing! Great company, will continue processing business through Tuscaloosa Fed Ex!

Fedex is so slow at getting your package to you and customer service could care less about the whole situation. Fedex most be the cheap route. I dont know any other reason why businesses use them instead of UPS.
