The Store Manager is very, very Rude. I feel terrible for the rest of the delightful young ladies that work there because they are not properly Trained, after several attempts of explaining the difference between "Bond" paper and "Cardstock" I also had to Literally Show them how to Properly Clean the Actual Scanning Glass for their Copier!!

Im here at 5:05pm and they closed without notice because of inclement weather. Several cars have pulled up expecting to be able to send packages or letters this evening and have been disappointed because they closed before their scheduled time of 6:30pm. This is CHICAGO & DYER..we get SNOW and ICE for goodness sakes!!!!
