I Hate FedEx: how do you lose a package then say it was delivered knowing it wasnt. Ive been home ALL DAY and nothing, checked to see if it was delivered and they said it was and it was on my front porch nothing is there. Im highly upset because, now Im out of a brand new phone because of them. FedEx better either find my package or pay for a new one thats their only two options they got.

I paid for Saturday delivery and was told the driver couldnt find me when Im located at a business. I called Customer Service to be be told that the driver would be here within an hour. I waited outside and then called again to be told the driver returned to the terminal. I will never use Fed Ex again. I have had zero issues with USPS, UPS, and DHL.

All I wanted to do was find out when the FedEx office was open and no one there not supervisors or customer advocate or no one could tell me. They kept wanting a tracking number. I mean how hard is it to tell the hours of operation!? I was finally able to find the info on Google. But there customer service was rude and very clueless.

I went in for pickup and the clerk was super friendly. I was in and out with package in hand in less than 2 minutes. Great experience!
