The delivery boy only left a notice on the final delivery attempt, so now I have go pick my package up. On top of that the only info on that note was his name. Okay, thats poor customer service but I guess Ill just go pick up my package at the customer center. Wait, the final notice is from UPS but my tracking info states that the package was transferred to USPS two days before the final attempt. So wheres my blimey package, cause I dont bloody know. Ill just call the store to make sure they have it... NOT. Cause theyre only bloody open 2.5 hours out of the day. My god, UPS should have to pay me to deliver my items cause this outright ridiculous and infuriating.

Staff is fine- However having a UPS terminal with services for only 3 hrs in the late afternoon just down right sucks. Also, telephone number listed on UPS site now says it has changed to an unpublished number. Lastly, over 75% of packages that I receive and track for deliver are two or three days later, because this location turns them over to the "F" ing Post Office for delivery. I dont pay for postal deliver, but for the green truck and brown uniform. Get with it UPS!!!!

What can I say? Its a UPS distribution depot. But Christy at the customer service counter is an absolute gem: shes wonderful, friendly and professional. My only complaint is the hours: they are only open for customer service for a couple of hours in the evening. If they could expand their hours to be a little more accommodating, theyd get a 5th star.

I dont know why the UPS driver seems to have such a problem knocking on the door at least once when he drops off a package. I dont mind him leaving before we come to door but a knock would be more professional. Fed-Ex doesnt seem to have a problem knocking, leaving package at door and walking back to truck before door is answered.

Received email (no phone call) . . . "Package(s) Undeliverable - Incorrect street name/Incorrect street number." NOT. And not like its hard to find just 1 block off Hwy. 41. Had to contact Amazon, this UPS office via a customer service center . . . somewhere, wait an hour for this office and/or driver call me back. Really???

Tracking info listed package left at 10:22 AM from Tullahoma to final destination. Well its 8:15 PM & we are only 20 minutes away. Heck...package was in Nashville for 3 days before getting to Tullahoma. Delievery time is late - next review will be on condition that is if we receive it.

Had to take a very unruly package to UPS today. I hate I did not get the persons name who helped me. She was great! She had to literally customize the box for me. She did all this while helping others, talking to everyone like she had known them forever. Customer Service at its FINEST!!

Made an order totaling $400, They say it was delivered a week ago but I never received it. No one seems to want to help me because there computer says delivered! Now my son wont have any Christmas presents! Thanks a lot UPS for such quality service.
