1st off I should start with the fact I havent been here in 2-3years due to a very horrible experience. At the time I got my hair cut there many times before and the last time the girl horribly cut it....as in bangs in the BACK OF MY HEAD!!! I had to wait a whole day to come back and get it fix....and sadly due to how bad it was they had to give me a pixie. At the time my hair was long for me...so it was heartbreaking. Well again been 2-3years since then....ive had many friends tell me they changed and it better now than then....so friday (12-2-16) I called them up to set up a time to get my haircut......sadly I should of never done that. All the ladys were somewhat friendly but sadly my nightmare from my time before happened again. I showed the girl cutting my hair a picture how I would like it which was not too short and told her about how much I wanted cut off. I did not get what I wanted. At 1st once I came home I thought maybe it was just how she styled my hair...nope! Super uneven EVERYWHERE...and again bangs in the BACK OF MY HEAD!!! I was so mad and everything I didnt even wanted to call back for them to fix it ...so after spending 31$ for a very bad haircut I had to find someone else to fix it...which I did. I know they could of fixed it there at salon 297 but the fact this now happened twice there was NO WAY IN HELL anyone from there was going to be touching my hair again. So I went to a different salon. 1st thing out of the girls mouth was "what happened and who did this to you?" she was in shock once I told her what happened....then she broke me the bad news...the only way to fix it was to do a pixie. Cuz there was no way to fix the unevenish cuz it was soo bad. Since Ive had one before I knew it would look good on me...but this time what broke my heart about having to get a pixie is the fact I get married in 5months....5 MONTHS!!! And my hair doesnt grow very fast...so Im hoping it will be long enough where I can still have somewhat the hair style I would like for my wedding. But I promise u this if I could give this place no stars I would....and I will NEVER NEVER be going back there again.

Its a beautiful salon with a lot of newer technology and the modern feel. How ever, I was not impressed with my services. Upon being checked in, the woman at the desk had me spell my name four times, couldnt find my reservation and asked me over and over who I was supposed to be seeing - I was never given the details of my appointment. Finally, we found my appointment and I had a short wait in the lobby in a big chair - very comfy! My nail professional greeted me and we got started on my appointment. It took over an hour for her to apply gel nails and give me a manicure. I had several concerns about my appointment - she never cleaned out underneath my nails and left the other gunk and dirt from my daily use. Several of my nails have chipped and are broke two days after my appointment because she didnt want to cut my nail shorter even though I requested them shorter. Most of the time she talked about wanting another job because of compensation for her current position and not enough consistency of appointments. Once I was done, checking out was a nightmare. The woman never spoke to me until she gave me my total for the visit. I handed her a gift certificate in which she took and after several minutes told me to have a nice day. I didnt know how to tip my nail professional or even the names of the people who helped me. Customer service here is poor and the beautiful salon can not mask it unfortunately. I will be going back to my local nail salon that provide a strong gel nail that lasts me 2 and a half weeks, not two days. Will not be back.

I have been going here for many years (to the same stylist) and dont plan on going anywhere else, ever. I never leave dissatisfied. Anna always listens to what I want and does a fantastic job every single time. My bridal party and I went here and my girls looked beautiful. I got my makeup done for my wedding as well and couldnt have been happier (Anna made sure I was booked with their best make up artist). I have also had a few massages and my nails done here (Kelsey is great, super friendly and nice to talk with). Overall a great salon and exceptional service.

I have been going to this salon and with the same stylist for the past decade. The service never wavers and I always leave looking and feeling better than when I went in. I have had everything from cut and colors, pedis/manis and massages here and have never had a complaint. The salon hosted my bridal party and everyone had a great time. Despite now living three hours away I still only go this salon and make the drive whenever its needed. Very friendly, modern and a great place to go for pampering and relaxation.

oh lala I have been here several times. Pedis and makeup are great! However, the hot stone massage is incredible! After you first arrive, they bring you to the back lounge where they offer you a heat wrap for around your neck and a Drink (I get hot tea) and here you relax before your attendant arrive to whisk me back to the massage room. Where she works out all the links and stress of a busy life. Love, love, love it!

Loved it ,loved the heated towels around your neck as they wash and rinse your hair, very talented stylists, very friendly staff, very attentive to your needs highly recommended it is very beautiful and inviting inside I didnt want to leave I want to get a message and pedicure next if your looking for any of these services give them a try, I guess I have a 7 day hair guarantee if I dont like it they will fix it

I called salon 297 the day that I wanted to book 3 manis and pedis, and the woman at the desk was so helpful, and was able fit us all in. The salon is beautiful, and the environment is awesome! They also have a coupon on their website for 30% off a spa package and a hair service if you are a first time client. I will defiently go back!

Can not say enough good about this amazing place. I go for massage and Pam is just so amazing and knowledgable . I have never been able to turn my neck to the right side but after 2 appointments I can now do this . Thanks to all the wonderful people there and my thereipst Pam you are totally awesome .

Poor scheduling experience. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago. I show up for my appointment and the stylist is running an hour behind. I believe she prioritized someone over me because that person was purchasing more services. I guess thats business....but they no longer have mine.

I got my makeup done for prom here yesterday. I looked like an absolute clown and was insecure about it the entire night. I wish I had taken it off right after but I didnt because it cost so much money. I will never come here again. Thanks for ruining my night.
