Stylist in dire need of customer service skills! Went to this location on January 28, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. I have beautiful silky hair down to almost my butt. I had 2 inches of split ends, but I wanted a little more than 6 inches cut off. Told the girl, with short black hair, I didnt want a shampoo because I needed it dirty to have it colored that day. I just wanted a straight cut across the bottom to take 6"+ off. Thats it. She was the most obnoxious person I ever met. I felt like I was in a police interrogation. Her, you have some split ends. Me, yes that is why I am here. I just got a hip cast off after over a year, and 2 surgeries before that. It is split on the end from tying it up so right for over a year without a cut. Her, what products do you use? Me, redken all soft, and biolage balm. Her,how often? Me, everyday. Her, thats not the right stuff, we have stuff here (goes on to list products for 5 minutes) me, I like what I use. Her, well you had some split ends so..me, yes, explain. again. Her,is your hair usually greasy? Really? Me, no its dirty to color. Her, you shouldnt color yourself, I tell people when they have missed spots. We have a treatment her for precoloring. Me, dont need a malibu, dont use product, dont have well or hard water, never even blow dry or use a curling iron. Her, have you ever tried a leave-in conditioner? Me,yes but it weighs my hair down. Her, continues on for another 10 minutes about what I should and shouldnt use. Me, ok good. I am done. Girl with green hair next to her never says a word. It wasnt so much what she said as her tone. Btw...her hair needed conditioner not mine. Yikes! Take your own advice! And next time, shut up!!!!! If you have no customer service skills. Then, shut up. You work at supercuts, and if I needed anything more than a straight cut across the bottom of my hair, after seeing yours, I would never let you touch my hair. Get a clue. I wanted to ask her if she has ever tried being quiet.

I just had the worst hair cut of my life from this location. I now have 2 bald spots on the back of my head from the blond hair butcher that cut my hair this evening at 6pm. She never showed me the back of my head, neglected to mention it, and so I did not find out until I got home when my wife almost fainted. I cannot even believe that I received this level of service from a company. I understand mistakes, but deliberately hiding it is the worst sort of evil I can imagine in business practices. You can bet I will tell EVERYONE i KNOW ABOUT THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

They do a wonderful job in styling and have great product knowledge to solve hair and scalp needs. Best colorist for the money! Ulta charged 125.00 for highlights but I didnt get the deminsion I get at Supercuts for a whole lot less! Rhonda, Victoria, Dre and the rest of the crew are great. Some have moved to the new location in Mt Juliet, so if you are closer to that location, I highly recommend a visit. Oh, and they have new, very comfortable chairs at both locations!

I have received at least 10 hair cuts from this location and have gotten pretty much everyone of the stylists and they have been outstanding. The new ownership plus the entire staff really are professional. There is no better place for the money!! The store manager has done an awesome job hiring and all the stylists are fantastic

Please ignore all the old reviews, this place is under a great new manager. She always does a great job on my hair! In fact I followed her from a previous store. Its a little longer drive for me but totally worth it! Come check it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed !

Good haircut and stylist. But came in with a $10 coupon, the total was 13. So dont use your $10 coupons they are sending in the mail. They obviously dont honor them or deceptively add in secret charges. They send out coupons to gain customers, but lost a potential one.

People waiting in line , only 1 person cutting hair, and most of all she has no urgency to get to the next customer .How can a business stay open if there rate is only one customer per hour!!! Plan for considerable time if you want your haircut here!

My haircut was terrible Im never coming here again!! trust me go somewhere else they dont know how to cut someones hair and she ended up giving me an attitude for only giving her a 2 dollar tip you didnt even deserve that!!!

I love this store. They have the best stylists!!!! Very nice, personable, and most importantly they give great haircuts! Highly recommend. Great Clips was horrible. Will go to Supercuts from now on for my entire family!

Went for a trim and now I have an unwanted asymmetrical hairstyle. The left is a good inch shorter than the right. Pretty sure he didnt even cut the right. Too scared to go back and get it fixed though.
