1. My hair wasnt black. 2. I wasnt trying to go blonde. 3. When I went in to get a plum color A VIVID. NOT PASTEL... put on my hair they told me I would have to lighten it and I agreed they told me for the bleach and the color it would be $200. The man, Ricardo, took over two and a half hours to put bleach on my head and processed me for over a HALF HOUR with 50 volume developer..... which is insane. My roots are hot now.. And I have small burn marks and scabs on my skull, in which I have already documented and taken pictures. Ive been met with nothing but hostility. Iclve gotten several other profession options and everyone has said its fried... But they claim I have no damage done to my hair. He 0fferded to try to color it or tone it. For am extra charge btw... And i didnt want them 10 feet near my hair after that. After raising concerns to the manager before paying she told me that I had to pay, I have bad social anxierlry and confrontation isnt something im good with and when my husband went in she threatened to call the police. I did pay however she made me pay the full 200 although I only got half of the services provided to me and would not budge. We have filed claims with the cosmetology Bureau and the Better Business Bureau. And filed an insurance claim with her business for malpractice. Proceed at your own risk

When I walked into the Salon it was extremely cute inside and professional looking. Courtney is my stylist and she is so wonderful! I went from purple/red hair to a gorgeous blonde in just two sessions. I was a pain in the butt and she worked wonders. The only bad thing I would say was the loud music in the back and a ton of people piled back there. Screaming kids made the time less relaxing, and when I go to get my hair done I like to relax. Other than that Courtney was awesome and my hair looked great. I definitely recommend this Salon!--Ashley

I tried to color my hair myself! (I know better and shouldnt have done it) I literally messed my hair up! I called and made an appointment same day and had a wonderful experience! Tara and Melanie were so so sweet and gave me multiple options to fix it. I ended up cutting a few inches off and doing an all over color with a deep conditioning treatment. My hair feels and looks great! Thank you so much for all your sweetness and skills!

When I first moved here a few months ago I went around to a handful of places and these ladies was the sweetest and I had no doubt they could do whatever style I was wanting.. fast forward to now and wouldnt even dare walk through anyone elses door. Lesley is who cuts my hair and shes just as on top of mens styles as I am. 5* for sure!! all the staff are just wonderful!

Squeezed me in before close and did a great job on my hair cut, it was affordable and there was good conversation. There were kids walking around, but it was the end of the day so i figured that workers were getting ready to go home and stuff, but the kids werent being rambunctious or anything. Recommending to a friend, and will return myself.

I had searched the city for a salon that carried the dye I wanted in my price range & they delivered! Taylor and Tara have taken such great care of me and I cant wait to come back! Wonderful experience! Everyone there was super sweet. I walked in completely discouraged because my hair was so damaged and I left feeling fabulous after the conditioning treatment, new color, cut, and style! Great prices and definitely worth it!
