Ive had great experiences here in general before. Had manicures, pedicures, hair, etc. But the more I come here, the more high maintenance everything seems. I dont feel welcome here because the girls working there seem like theyre more concerned with their own appearances and style than the customers. Apparently they also recently added a boutique that is already tanking. Yet they still push you to shop in there, and push you to buy products, and push you to get the $9 conditioning treatment with your service. The last time I went, I was with a girl who had done my hair several times before with no problem, but this time was horrible. I showed her several pictures of exactly what I wanted. Even some that showed what I didnt want. And somehow she chops off more of my hair than Ive had chopped off since I was a baby. Not tapered or layered correctly, nothing like the photos. Its just terrible. Looks nothing like what I asked for. I immediately put it in a ponytail when I left because I was embarrassed for anyone I knew to see it. I was nearly in tears when I left the salon and absolutely did NOT leave a tip. She also did color in my hair which I cant even tell was done, and neither can any of my family. Looks the same as my natural color, but it was supposed to be 2 shades darker. I was so disappointed in my experience this time, as it had been a very long time since Id been able to get a haircut and I was so looking forward to the new look. Not anymore. Waste of that money Id worked so hard to save up for this. I will not be back to this salon. (Pseudo name, by the way)

Dont waste your time and money coming to this salon! The company is not accomodating when they already have your money. I have made 5-6 attempts to have a gift certificate used for a massage. They never have openings when booking a week out. If you are lucky enough to get one they will call to cancel. I waited several hours for a return call from the owner and her only response is "its not company policy" blah blah blah! I didnt ask company policy. When it is YOUR fault you should make it right, no matter the policy is. GUESS I WASTED MY MONEY!

This is the only place I trust for my cut & color!! Jada does an amazing job :) Reasonable pricing, excellent service, and friendly employees make this salon a great experience. Ive been going here ever since I moved to Goodlettsville, which has been 3 years now :)

Best cut Ive had in a long time! Loved the atmosphere. Amber did a great job with my color and cut. Totally affordable for a salon! Highly recommended!
