made an appointment with holly for 11 am. got there at 10:50, she was just starting what looked like a perm. around 11:20 a man said that he could do it, but as soon as I started walking back to the chair he said, "oh, color? if youll sit back down shell be with you in a bit." at 11:40 I asked how much longer, holly said "itll be just a minute." after rachel (I believe thats her name) said I had just arrived. 12:01 I get up to walk over to ulta after calling and confirming they could take me now and rachel runs out and says, "hon where you going? she can take you now." RIDICULOUS "SERVICE." on top of that, I just found out that they use hair color with the same properties as box color. NEVER go there, rip off, extremely unprofessional, rude, terrible quality.

My boyfriend went for a haircut, and they ran his card twice. Which was charged through my bank twice. They stated it only ran through their batch report once, but I have proof on my bank statement. They gave me their general managers phone # who I have called several times and left many voicemails. She has never once tried to call me back. Extremely unprofessional! Its not even about the $, its the principle.

Always helpful, very friendly - theyve been cutting my hair since before they moved to this location. Rachel is my favorite, but even if she is unavailable or I am crunched for time, I can always count on a good, fairly priced haircut. They now even have a Barber on the premises!

I took my daughter to get a hair cut. It was choppy and eneven!!!! When paying the woman keep complaining about not being able to use the computer. Horrible service. I left and went to Ulta to get my daughters hair fixed.
