Ive been going to Lilis for the last 2 and a half years to get my single braids put in. I get the same thing every time and Im happy with the results. When I first went I think it took them about 8-9 hours to finish, but most recently I went and it took them only about 5 and a half hours, which I was very happy about. I would highly recommend making an appointment first especially if youre having a lot of hair braided. Also they take walk-ins and its first come first serve. The stylists do good work and they know what theyre doing but dont expect any friendly chit-chat as they tend to only speak to one another in their native tongue (which I personally dont have a problem with). My biggest issue is with the parking as the shop shares space with the Jiffy Lube next door and theres only 3 or 4 spots available. If youre trying to do a walk-in to get something done, Id insist that you get there early within the first few hours after they open. Dont assume that youll be in and our within an hour or so. If youve got other places to be, just set up an appointment beforehand and make sure you have a couple of hours free.

Nothing so if I could I would not have gave any stars at all... highly disappointed with this company.... I had kinky twist put in and after removing the kinky twist globs of my hair came out... prior to I called almost every other day for a week straight and told them how bad this hair was itching and felt like a brillow pad and I told her worker as she was doing my hair to stop pulling so tight she kept saying if you want it neat I need to grip it.. She gripped alright and made it come out... I could go on and on about how cheap this hair is but, Im closing this out with dont get kinky twist done by them unless you want to end up ball headed....

Never again will I ever go Here! I call to set an appointment and they do call me to confirm. However when I show up no-one is there for this appointment at 7am which is the time they told me to come in. Theyre were also 3 other ladies waiting outside at 7 am. They sat everyone else in the chairs and told me someone would be coming for me shortly. They asked for my phone number and told me they would call me when she was there. No one ever called me. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Theyre were also rude and obviously unprofessional.

Dnt get me wrong there work is great but it to them over 11 hours to do my hair and over 13 hours to do my daughter hair they took so many breaks and they was rude they had there kids running around and screaming smh.... Luv my hair but it they was very unprofessional

Lilis is great. I reccomend them to just about anyone. Its clean, the stylist are very nice and friendly.
