Terrible experience with a stylist -Tosha Wallace on Cox creek parkway Florence AL. WOULD NEVER RETURN. First she didnt use right colors for my highlights, then even after us having an appointment she made it clear that she was supposed to leave early and wanted me to leave with wet hair. While she was in a hurry, she hit the brush in my head couple of times. Upon requesting her to be gentle, she looked at the other stylist (Brittany) in the mirror and told me if I wanted to do it myself?! She also made a remark to the other 2 stylist while looking at them, about me turning down her recommended shampoo and conditioner. She also implied the rest were witnesses about me turning the shampoo down. She also put some supplies in her purse after applying in my hair. My experience was terrible and highlights some basic manners that you would expect from anyone. Unfortunately feel bad about few rotten employees ruining a business and customer service. Very dissatisfied. I hope this message gets across to the right person to take some actions and measure employee performance.

Cost cutters is amazing place to get your hair needs fully satisfied! The prices are very affordable and their staff is hospitable especially Shayna Romans! She has been cutting my hair for almost 3 years and she is one of the only two people I trust with my hair! If you want amazing work and great, friendly service, I definitely recommend Shayna at Cost Cutters!
