This was my worst experience at a hair salon ever! I went in last week and waited patiently until someone finally came to the counter. I asked if they could get me in for a haircut and she told me to come back in 20 minutes after asking the other two stylists how long one of her other customers would take. I returned after 20 minutes and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before the hairdresser came to get me and seated me. she then sprayed my hair with water only three times and brushed through it once before going to another customer. I waited as she washed the womans color out (about 10 min.) and then proceeded to blow dry it. She blow dried the womans hair for 35 min. before I finally just walked out. I was extremely angry because what she had done made my curly hair really big and frizzy. The shop was also unclean, it had hair all over the floor, and hair from previous customers in brushes and combs. I ended up going to Borics Hair Care, a few stores down, the service was great and it was cheaper.

I needed a trim for my hair. So I called, but they didnt answer. I tried at least two more times and still no answer. They were opened because when I went down there, they were. I asked when I could get a trim and they said two hours, but no customers were there. I wanted a certain hair stylist, but she was busy. So I asked if anyone else could do it and the lady said no. There were three other girls sitting in chairs. They were employees because they were wearing shirts that said theyre names and smart style.

All I can say is this place is way over priced. I spent close to $200 just for a haircut, highlights, shampoo & conditioner! Never have I ever spent over $100 getting highlights and a haircut plus I didnt even get a full highlight only partial! Never again....

My wife stopped in here while visiting a friend on her recommendation and she was very happy with the stylist, the cut and the price. My wife is not the easiest person to please so for her to say she was happy is definitely worth the 5 stars!
