Exactly the gym I wanted and a great place to hang out. Since the new owner arrived its never been better! MORE and NEW equipment and theyre remodeling over the summer! Great location for a gym. The staff is extremely friendly and always seems to include members in every way they can. Their personal training is AMAZING. I didnt know how to structure my workouts before I became a member here and they made the perfect workout for me. Now I see results every time I workout!

This gym is conveniently located near my work. They also have another location in the area that is close to home so I really like that they have two locations that I can choose from. I can also use their gyms nationwide using my membership. The elliptical machines could use an upgrade and I would like to see more space for free weights, but all in all it is a nice gym with a friendly staff and generally speaking nice members too.
