I have a huge problem with planet fitness someone erased all my days I checked in and erased my purches of tanning goggles a lock for my locker 4 to 5 different earpieces cause someone keeps cutting them now the workers behind the desk are lying and they even wanted on my fifth third account so my planet fitness next month with be able to come out of that account, there Changi my timeline gps on my phone to make it look like Im somewhere else stole my brand new Lincoln and are using my name on the car insurance and if Im at planet fitness then they cant make it look like Im somewhere else now one of the employees at planet fitness erased my check ins not to mention there stealing 850 month out of my fifth third Bank account already and switched accounts around to steal it sending me fake mail and Brian is the one that just sent paperwork from fifth third imagine that they also sending me a new debit card from my other bank cause he called my account and cancelled my card so I couldnt get on my balance then wanted me to send money to Western Union as a test to see if it worked out of my other account which would have emptied that account out and I would have e no way to get anywhere I quickly pulled my money out that day and now where I live I had my debit card come to this house and havent received it which I knew it was so they could steal money off of my debit card sent me fake mail to make it look like they could take 100 some Dollars off this upcoming deposit I have so they just got ahold of my debit card and are forwarding my phone calls to them and are lying there sitting here with my debit card and now just charged me thirteen dollars to get my new debit card sent ups by Monday making that account go in the negative on Porpuse but so they could act like thats why there with drawing from my account not only that I havent even been able to get to my balance left on my debit card cause I had to wait for card to come so now there ganna make it look like I put my account in the negative my other account guy said he was in the service sending me money for plane ticket and ganna get me to safety and his deposit got declined and then they acted like I couldnt have that account now but Im the one that transferred all my money out of hat bank so I could get ahold of my missing money and they left account open on porpose to try and set me up say I was buying liquor with Travis my sons money when I picked my wound cleaner up from Walgreens it was covered he changed price to match that money I. That account not a coincidence and if there stealing 850 month out of fifth third Bank of mine guess there stealing his money cause I cant stay alive with out it and since there involved on the set up thats clearly why and banks ganna have to pay me back so there messing with me and not to mention the prescriptions he changed the prices on that were sapost to be covered I want my money back for all those to and if planet fitness trys to make it so I cant go there but there taking my money Ill sue them to and dont act like I aint warning ya cause this isnt a joke to me!!!!!!!! My disappointment with this location was the floor mopping on purpose in womans locker room in front of dressing room becoming more and more upset with reasoning behind it please let your employees know that it also happened at Plainfield location and if something does happen where I fall again I will press charges and I will keep writing it down so its documented. Oh and now said I couldnt go in there cause I swore but they were letting him watch me on there camera and having everyone try to make it look like a mental institution so thats why he got rid of all the days I went there from the Martin and Peter theater

This place is horrible ... What happen to me , i signed 1 year contract with them , for a while i was overseas and my contract expired so then they started charging me $10 monthly without signing another contract , for 12 Month , now they charged me renewal $29.00 (3rd year) without contacting me , thanks God i came back and i am keeping an eye on my Card , just cached that and called the Office, they dont even have a manager or accounting that can give you answers, the worst part is that the guy , kind of looked into my account asked for my Number to go through , and at the end , when i told him make a note for your manager when she gets in to call me , he asked me what is your phone number again , While he had my account "OPEN" , lying again...

I went in as a guest with a friend; my friend loves cardio and I like to lift weights. So I took my gym bag with all my lifting gear in with me because I was doing legs and needed my lifting belt for my back and I like to apply chapstick quite often. As I am doing a machine leg press an employee comes over and asked me if I could put my bag in my locker (they were polite). I said, "Im just a guest and dont have a locker here." He then asked me, "Well can you go put that in your car?" I said sure I can. I took my bag and myself put to my car and left. Its very rude to interrupt someone in the middle of their workout like that, especially a guest. I will not be returning.

I had a membership for 14 months. As soon as I went in to cancel my membership they gave me a piece of paper and I STILL got charged $39.00 for membership fees even though I canceled my account. They also make you pay for the next 30 days AFTER you decide to close your account. Be very careful not to get into a contract with them because their services arent work $300 a year. You cant use their massage tables unless youre a Black card member and you only get a couple minutes in it. By the time you get comfortable its time to get out. The one on 28th street by Centre Point Mall began to get over crowded as well.

If I had to start over, I would have never joined this gym. Yeah it may be cheap but you get what you pay for. This place is disgusting and the people working at the desk have no clue what they are doing. When I first came in, I was never given a tour of the facility and the people were just rude. Oh andthe the lunk alarm is just stupid and annoying. When you want to canel the membership there is a fee, you cant freeze your account unless you have a medical/military reason and even if you want to downgrade you have to pay a fee.

Worst customer service ever! I came in to do a quick workout but was told because I havent signed their new online membership agreement that I had to do that before I could workout. Evan refused to call a supervisor to try to resolve the issue! Ive had a black card membership for over three years and have had auto payment for the entire time. I could either sign a tiny screen without reading what I was signing or not. This is exactly why I pay more to go to a gym where it is more about helping someone than bulk memberships!
