We have used Avon Electric & Heating & Cooling for 3 plus years for both our office building in Rochester Hills and our residence in Bloomfield Hills. We find both of the professionals with whom we dealt to be very competent and professional. They both fixed what was broken at the time but more importantly told us what to do in the future to avoid the problem at the office building. There prices were very competitive as we compared prices quoted on two new matters and they saved us money. Their staff was also very good and helpful. We have recommended them to others and were thanked for the referrals.

Called them and someone came same day. Diagnosed the problem as a leak because valve caps hadnt been screwed on tightly. I should have called Avon last year (Last year, a different company forgot to even put the caps back on. I put them on myself when i found them sitting off to the side.) Avon is reliable and the cost is reasonable. Thanks Avon!

This company is a joke. I waited for an hour in a half in a building that is 38 degrees, just for the guy to show up and tell me "I dont want to do it, I dont feel like getting on the roof today. You need to call someone younger and more hungry for work." What a joke. Im surprised these guys are still in business.
