Seeing the owners response, and how he attacks this parent is horrible. We had our daughter at wee excel two years ago and removed her because our kid was bitten and was sick more often then the last day care experience. this parent writes the concerns I have heard about of this daycare after we left. The owner doesnt take any accountability and is trying to make the parent look bad and invites more talking behind her back with his email. Not a professional way to represent your business. Your post proves you kick kids out for personal dislikes. That is a big warning to people looking into this business. You can tell the owner is lieng about the balloons and puts the blame on a clown? Who hired the clown? Balloons should not go home with little kids at all! And you say the mom is crazy. So what if she went to a home day care who is probably in the process of licensing? At least that teacher has compassion to see her and her son. Clearly they know each other and connected so fast. If she was so bad of a person, I doubt the former teacher would take her. Dont try to put the new place down since you kicked her kid out for a non business reason. Stop slaying parents and take accountability for your ratings. If you want good ratings, take care of your service! Your proving her post right that your about your image and not the people you service. Hence why you take her rating but lie about her. You dont care how she spoke good of you and you put her down. Also I doubt if she called the state because her kid did all the biting. If she submitted pictures of bites on her kids back, which is possible to prove and find out,then that proves you trying to hurt her and are lieing on a public forum. Maybe you were angry she called and a mark from the investigation was left and so thats why you kicked her out which is still wrong. She chose to stay and this is how you treated her when she had right to be concerned. Again stop attacking her and be accountable for your business decisions. Move on! Sounds like a bunch of false reasons to make her look bad to make her leave because you didnt like her. Just like she stated. Parents watch out for this company.

I had the privilege of working for Wee Excel for over 7 years. Wee excels mission was and still is: Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing and fun environment that encourages and supports the growth and development of young children. The teachers are dedicated to the welfare of the children. The children/ parents become family to us. The staff works together to create a loving place where parents can feel comfortable leaving their children in good hands, while they are at work. It is a fun environment for children to learn, grow and make friends. If issues arise they are addressed in a professional manner. There always has been an open communication between owner, staff and parents. When parents have concerns they become Wee Excels concerns as well. As for cleanliness, there was always a schedule for each room to keep germs away. It is done weekly. Kids do get sick and when we seen an outbreak of contagious illnesses the cleaning procedure started all over again. Children have a tendency to start biting and there is a reason why they do. Why do toddlers bite? There are many reasons why toddlers might bite. Toddlers might bite if they: Lack the language skills necessary for expressing important needs or strong feelings like anger, frustration, joy, etc. Biting is a substitute for the messages he can’t yet express in words. At Wee Excel toddlers are taught not to bite but to use your words instead. There are many staff meetings at Wee Excel so everyone is following protocol, precedures, and concerns the owner Heather Davis has concerning her business. Any issues that need to be addressed are covered in detail so the problems can get resolved quickly. I miss the days I worked at Wee Excel, Heather, Andy, staff, children and the parents. It really is family oriented and a safe, peaceful, loving place that your children are in good hands. I miss the fun of watching the children grow from infant to Prek. Many tears are shed when they leave Wee Excel for Kindergarten. Every business has disgruntled customers for whatever their reason and some just have to bad mouth to have the last word. Me & my husband both are fulltime working parents (just like most people) & it was so difficult to go back to work after having my kids. When looking for a daycare center for the most important people in my life I had extremely high expectations. I luckily went to check out Wee Excel after having my first child & was so impressed that I actually felt at ease bringing my baby there. They are very professional, clean, & genuinely care about children. My son has been going to Wee Excel for 3 years now. He loves going to school & has learned so much more than I could have taught him at home. The teachers have lesson plans for everyday & it is structured. He is always learning something new, doing arts & crafts, & making new friends. They having fun activities planned throughout the week & keep things fresh & exciting for the children. My 2nd child also goes to Wee Excel with her big brother. Every child is different & she loves going just as much as her brother. I truly see a huge difference in there development because of Wee Excel. If I cant be the one home with my babies I think I have the next best thing with Wee Excel. The owners are AMAZING.........one is a school teacher & the other has a college degree in child development. They are parents themselves & have dedicated there lives to teaching & enriching the lives of children. I cant say enough about them or the staff!!! It truly feels like a family at Wee Excel. I seriously could go on & on. I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful place to bring my children to. As much as my husband & I love Wee Excel I think our kids love it even more. Cant stop singing there praises!! Go check them out for yourself..........you will not be disappointed.

My daughter has attended Wee Excel since she was 2, now she returns every year for the summer camp program. She has spent a great deal of time in each room and with every care giver in the past 5yrs. Not only has Wee Excel helped mold my daughter into a great young adult she is but the staff has become like family. So much so, that even having moved 30minutes in the opposite direction of Wee Excel we wouldnt think to take her anywhere else. The relationships formed, (amongst staff and other Wee Excel kids), the care given, the programs and activities offered cant be matched. The most important thing to me as a parent is my childs safety and Wee Excel has never given me anything to worry about or question. All I can say is that year after year we look forward to returning! Its a comfortable, happy place for my daughter and shes had great experiences and activities over the years shell never forget. And well Miss Ms. Aubrey!!!!! Thanks again for another great summer Wee Excel! If your looking for great child care, go to Wee Excel!
