HORRIBLE... Courtright location has a sweetheart for teacher but overall extremely disorganized and unprofessional.2.5 month for them to process the paper work. I brought the paper work several times to them and never the right story. They tell you you will get a call back and nothing. HORRIBLE. Franklin County knows about them and I will make sure many more know as well. Places like this should not be open and functioning. Miss Fonda is quite a joke...

The Toddler teacher is very unprofessional. Your kids will be dirty and have a change of clothes but they will not change child. When you bring it up the teacher always has some excuse. My child is potty trained no accidents but for some reason she had accidents there only and no one could professional explain why. The director is sweet kind but it was too late by the time I spoke to her about my issues to resolve the matter.
